Perdido Dunes Tower is a new, low-density building with only two units per floor, offering a tranquil ambiance. The location provides stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass, with nearby marinas, restaurants, and shops just minutes away.

Each of the twenty units features expansive wraparound balconies - perfect for sunrise and sunset views! The property also includes a dune walkover and a shared pool for a relaxing beachside escape.

Unit 6 West is located on the west corner of the 6th floor, offering expansive sunset views—truly some of the best on the beach!

Features include:

• Access to the gulf-front balcony from the living room and primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the entire unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats eight, with four barstools for additional seating

• Living room features a queen sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has a king-size bed

• Third bedroom has a king-size bed

• Fourth bedroom features two queen-size beds with two loft-style twin beds above, featuring a wall-mounted flat-screen TV (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)

• Shared outdoor pool with Perdido Dunes Phase 1, located between the two buildings (not directly on the beach)

• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out

• ONE assigned parking space per unit. ONE guest parking space per unit available on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum of TWO parking spaces per unit at any time

• NO personal watercraft, boats, trailers, or similar vehicles allowed on property

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card. The name on these documents must match the name on the reservation. We must receive these documents by the close of business on the day that you booked your reservation.
