This property is situated in the beautiful Gulf Coast area known for its miles of powder-soft, sugar-white sand, sparkling emerald-green waters, and treasure trove of family-focused amusements. Fishing is a fantastic family activity when vacationing here. Learn everything you need to know about charter boat fishing, inshore fishing on the back bays, renting and/or docking your own boat, visiting artificial reefs either by boat or diving excursion, and the types of fish you're likely to hook. Take your catch to one of our outstanding seafood restaurants where they'll prepare it for you. Or, make use of your well-equipped kitchen to serve up the bounty.
Golfers love the area, thanks to the nine signature golf courses within a short drive of the beach. History comes alive here. From Fort Morgan to Perdido Key to nearby Mobile or Pensacola and all points in between, there are many opportunities to explore the unique international culture and history of the area. This is a shopper's paradise, with dozens of unique beach boutiques and major shopping complexes. Two popular shopping destinations are the shops at Tanger Outlets, situated just north of the beach, as well as The Wharf in Orange Beach, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Things to Know
All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.
ONGOING REPAIRS ON PROPERTY
Beginning 9/2026 through 5/20/2026.
Coastal Contractors will be re-coating selected doors and frames on the private south balconies. Please note only the balconies included in the project and during their specific work period will be impacted. This unit is NOT being completed. For units located within the same stack, swing stages will be set up and used throughout the project. During this time, ropes and work crews may be visible as they pass by windows and balconies while completing the work.
All work will be performed during normal business hours. The sanding of frames will be carried out using orbital sanders, which may generate some noise. While the noise will be most noticeable in the unit under work, it may also be heard in neighboring units within a couple of floors above or below.
As part of the project, certain portions of the pool deck may need to be closed temporarily while the swing stages are being moved. These closures will be limited in terms of duration and are necessary to ensure the safety of residents and guests.
This project on selected units can be characterized as a “must do” item, and is being performed to avoid more extensive repairs in the future if neglected.
