Located in the exclusive gated community of Veranda Palms Resort, a great vacation rental resort located next to Target, Walmart & Sam's Club. Also, it is just 15 minutes from Disney parks, as upscale brand outlets, malls and numerous championship golf courses.

This amazing home was beautifully decorated having practicality and comfort in mind. This home has 15 well-appointed bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom & Smart TV.

The open floor concept is very inviting and comfortable, featuring a large couch in the living room facing the pool (heating is an optional paid service). The kitchen is all about convenience. Large kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, luxurious granite countertop, and state-of-the-art white cabinets.

If you prefer there is also a cozy lounge on the second floor in case you fancy a movie, have a coffee, or simply enjoy your time with others! For your convenience, this home also features a game room with a pool table and air hockey table.

The pool (heating is an optional paid service) and spa are welcoming so you can swim, have a barbecue (propane gas not included), or simply relax outside all day long!

Free WiFi is provided throughout the home so you can stay connected!

Veranda Palms is located in a fantastic location, easily reached from highway 192 where you will find a vast selection of shops and restaurants. Just 3 miles from Old Town Kissimmee, a great family night out. Just 7 miles from Disney Springs and 6 miles from the Loop Kissimmee, where there are many dining and shopping options along with a Regal movie theatre.

POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool & Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $65 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay).
ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot.
Important message:
We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.

POOL TOWELS - Columbia Vacation Homes does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.

BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)

PARKING: Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. The house provides parking for 6 or 7 vehicles, depending on their size, as long as they do not block or touch the sidewalk and any grass area.
IMPORTANT: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. For additional parking, a gravel area next to the Clubhouse is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, oversized vehicles, or cars with loud modifications. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.​​​​​​​

SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Guest Interaction
Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Columbia Vacation Homes does not have a 24-hour staff. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.
If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, you will be good! The door is controlled with an electronic code.

At Veranda Palms Resort, you will have year-round access to a great variety of amenities for free when renting our Home!

Other details to note:

· Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.

· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
