Enjoy expansive views out to the lush garden surrounds through glass sliding doors, which open out to the undercover decked balcony where a table setting offers a scenic outdoor dining option.

The indoor dining area features a four-seater table to enjoy meals at home, with the kitchen offering all that is needed to cook up a feast including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and other cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils.

The main bedroom features a queen bed while the second bedroom has two king single beds. In the bathroom you'll find all the basics – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer – for your use, along with a shower. The bathroom also features laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.

Mindil Beach Sunset Market is a 25-minute walk or five-minute drive, and is held from April-October. Visitors can discover a range of food stalls, arts and crafts and live entertainment.
