Our home is right outside the impressive Darwin Waterfront Precinct restaurants and surrounded by parks, boardwalks, a mighty Wave Pool, and Beach Lagoon that is perfect for relaxing with family-fun holidays. Wake up to stunning ocean views. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool, or dine at the onsite restaurant. Less than a 2-minute walk to the Wave Lagoon. Skycity Darwin Casino and Mindil beach Sunset Market are within a 5-minute drive.

Our aim is to provide exclusive monthly stays for family groups and corporate partners looking to stay in a holiday home that suits their travel needs. Our Zen Homes use a professional laundry service that follows strict cleaning requirements for all our linen provided. We also offer additional cleaning services and guest amenities available upon request.

The focus of our design is to accommodate business professionals, corporate families, and exotic travelers who want to experience a more premium touch to their venture. If there is anything you need to make your holiday special, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We provide a wide range of amenities to suit our guest's requirements, and as local operators, we speak your language!

Just to make the check-in more convenient for you, we will leave the keys in a lock-box which is located on the building premise. The name on the lockbox and code will be given to the guest on the day of arrival.

You will be able to check-in from 3 pm and check-out is 10 am.

NOTE: Darwin is notorious for red-eye flights, so do let us know what your flight arrangements are and we can recommend some suitable options to fit your needs.

We are experienced locals and would be happy to make recommendations on places to go and things to see in Darwin and greater regions of NT. Our home is within walking distance of the impressive Darwin Waterfront Precinct surrounded by parks, boardwalks, a mighty Wave Pool, and a Beach Lagoon that is perfect for relaxing with family-fun holidays. Everything is within walking distance or riding distance around the city. There are no trains or trams in Darwin city so for public transport catching the bus will be your best option - there are bus stops close by on the Street. Uber has started operating in Darwin since mid-2018.

NOTE: During busy periods there are various shuttle services that pick-up and drop-off patrons to scenic and popular locations. Also, Darwin has recently implemented a trial of 250 e-scooters that make it more convenient to get around the CBD.

Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
- No parties or events
- No pets
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned. An Additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
- Please do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with doors closed
- Bins are to be taken out of the apartment (Basement next to the elevator)
IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in the front entrances and common areas of the property, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.
