Coogee Classic Coastal Gem Close to Beach

It offers an open plan lounge, fully catered kitchen and generous queen-sized bedroom.
In one of Sydney’s most coveted neighbourhoods, this classic one-bedroom apartment is perfectly positioned to enjoy Coogee’s laidback lifestyle. It’s conveniently positioned footsteps to the sand, surf and local village teeming with shops and eateries. Bright and breezy, this home sits within a boutique art deco block close to public transport.

Step inside and you’ll instantly feel a sense of warmth. This beachside gem offers a combined living and kitchen area flowing to a lovely sunroom, set for dining or use as a dedicated workspace. The living room features plush sofa seating and a wall-mounted cable TV along with plenty of books for your holiday use. The sofa is convertible to accommodate one child.

The sofa bed will be set up for groups of more than two guests. For two guests or fewer, there is an $80 fee for setup, which includes linens and towels. Please let us know in advance if you want to use the sofa bed, as it won't be prepared otherwise.

The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, although with Coogee’s extensive lineup of restaurants on your doorstep, you may not want to. It includes a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker for early risers. An internal washing machine and dryer add to your everyday convenience.

In the bedroom, sleep easy in a queen-sized bed along with side tables with reading lights, and a built-in wardrobe for storing your belongings. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom and is fitted with a combination bathtub and shower, toilet and mirrored vanity. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer have been provided for your stay.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

The famous beachside suburb of Coogee is a hive of activity day and night. With its beautiful natural surrounds and laid-back lifestyle, it’s one of Sydney’s most sought-out neighbourhoods. In the warmer months, Coogee is an aquatic playground with the surf, ocean pools and glistening Gordons Bay just around the bend.

Year-round visitors kick back on the grass, gather for barbecues or stroll along the clifftop Bondi to Coogee walk. It offers excellent drinking and dining with a view at Coogee Pavilion or the more casual Coogee Bay Hotel. Other notable dining spots include Sugarcane, Café de France and Osteria Coogee.
