The space
The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen areas are meticulously appointed and exude comfort. Sliding doors and windows seamlessly connect the interior to a breathtaking elevated deck, where a spa and swimming pool await your indulgence.

Inside the main house, three spacious bedrooms provide comfort and warmth, featuring quality queen beds and heating. The two bathrooms offer flexibility, with one equipped with a full bathroom and bath, while the ensuite boasts a shower and toilet.

A separate sleepout, accessible from the deck, offers an additional haven with a queen-sized bed. Please note that this space does not include toilet or bathroom facilities.

Every essential for a comfortable stay is provided, including double glazing, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a heat pump with a heat transfer system, a washer and dryer, and all linen. Enjoy extras like a BBQ, board games, and more.

A short walk leads you to the expansive Papamoa beach coastline, where sandy shores stretch for kilometers. Nearby, Papamoa Plaza and Fashion Island precinct offer supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and amenities just a short drive away.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card. This amount will be secured 7 days before your arrival. The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same state it was found. In the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning, the necessary deductions will be made from this bond.
