Perfectly located just 50m from the water’s edge and featuring a spacious deck to make the most of sea breezes and sweeping coastal views, this light-filled sanctuary offers a modern and well-appointed base while you explore the area or enjoy a laidback holiday at home. Relax in the open-plan living area, cook up a feast and dine alfresco while overlooking Port Phillip Bay, or pop over to the beach for a dip before settling in on the sofa with some Netflix in air-conditioned comfort.
This recently built stay welcomes you with a bright, open-plan living and dining area where you can kick back and soak up this stunning beachfront location. Settle in with your favourite TV series with Apple TV, while staying cosy with split system heating and air-conditioning, or open the double glazed glass doors and enjoy a refreshing ocean breeze while you unwind with a book on the sofa. The living area has been upgraded with a larger brown Italian leather sofa and new kitchen stools.

A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes at home, as well as a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Eat around the dining table, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar, or head to your beach-facing deck to savour meals outdoors, where a table setting overlooks the sandy shores of Bonbeach and beautiful Port Phillip Bay.

Three light and airy bedrooms sleep five guests, with the primary bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, the second bedroom offering a double, and the third bedroom including a single bed. The primary bedroom offers a walk-in robe, while the second bedroom features built-in robes plus a private deck to enjoy a peaceful morning cuppa.

Both the primary and second bedrooms feature modern ensuites, with the luxurious primary ensuite also accessible from the kitchen. Added conveniences include garage parking for one car as well as a washing machine.

Bed linen and towels are not supplied at this property but can be provided at an additional cost of $45 per single or king-single bed and $65 per queen or king-sized bed. This price includes bath towels, bathroom towels, biodegradable toiletries/soaps, and kitchen consumables/towels and amenities for each property.

Please specify which beds you will require linen for in your booking request, and your host will facilitate the setup for you. If you choose not to use the hired or host linen, please bring your own. Quilts and pillows are supplied at each property.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Bonbeach Beach is just 50m walk from your stay, where you can stroll down for a dip or a kayak or take advantage of an off-leash dog area if you’re travelling with pets. For coffee and brunch, local favourite The Little French Deli and Cafe is a few minutes’ walk, while a variety of shops, restaurants and takeaway options can be found a few minutes’ drive down the road at Carrum. Should you wish to leave the car at home, Bonbeach train station is a five-minute walk.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

We are pet-friendly - please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking. We’ll reach out to charge a standard pet fee of $110.
