With its proximity to public transport, New Lynn offers easy access to both the city's attractions and the stunning west coast beaches.

Please do not park in the communal areas as you will be towed. Please only park in the garage or on the street.
- Please be respectful of neighbours, no noise after 10pm
- Only guests allowed onsite - no further visitors.
- Please remove your shoes in the apartment
- If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed, you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
