House was clean and exactly what we needed for our visit to FL. we had 4 teens and the movie room was a hit! we came to FL to visited the parks (Universal). Drive to the parks ranged anywhere 20-40 depending on traffic and the time of day. house is close to the grocery store, places to eat vs. being in the hustle & bustle of downtown Orlando.

Thank you for your 5-star review of bsv_villa5112! We're glad the house was clean and suited your visit. It's great to hear the movie room was a hit with the teens and that the location worked well for your Universal days—thanks for noting the typical 20–40 minute drive times. Happy to hear the nearby grocery and dining options were convenient while still being away from the downtown hustle. It was a pleasure to host you, and we hope to welcome you back! Spring Break March 2024

House was very spacious and relaxing to come back to after our days were spent adventuring the greater Orlando area. The pool was great, the family really enjoyed our swim time along with playing air hockey in the garage. The theater room is a great addition, we watched Jurassic Park & Twister. I also really enjoyed being able to walk to the fitness center at the club house that had a decent setup. The only draw back is if going to Disney or Universal during spring break the highways back up and it takes about 1 to 1.5 hours to go 20-30 miles one way.

Great stay

Had a wonderful time. Resort amenities were just about across the street. Family enjoyed the pool and spa. Very clean. Lots of room. Only issue I had was the alarm. Couldn't really use the back door that lead to the master bath downstairs because the alarm kept going off every time you opened the door. Wished we could have used it so as to not trail in water into the living room when we needed to go inside from the pool. Not a show stopper though. Would book agian.

Thank you for your review! We are so glad to hear you had a wonderful time at our villa with its resort amenities, private pool/spa, and spacious areas within the home. We are very sorry to hear that you experienced some troubles with the pool alarm. We do have this alarm as a pool safety requirement for children, but you should be able to press the button before you open the door to prevent the alarm from going off. We are glad to hear this did not hinder the enjoyment of your stay and we hope to see you again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house and the layout. The whole group did as well. Plenty of room and features. Very clean. Exploring Florida

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautifully kept and welcoming. The grandchildren were thrilled with the pool. As a frugal traveler we planned many meals at home. My tips for future renters of this property are less than minor. "Basic" kitchen supplies does NOT include any kind of food storage, wrap, containers etc. Cooking essentials, spices, spray oil, S & P, are also not available. At the end of your stay, you are only allowed one garbage bag, not enough to empty leftover groceries etc. This would not deter me in any way from renting again, I will just be better prepared for meal plans and end of stay clean up. Overall, it was a perfect space for a multi-generational family to make wonderful memories.

We strive to deliver 5 star experiences to each of our guests and we are thrilled to see that our team provided this for your stay. We do list the basic starter essentials in the listing description as well as the check in letter so that our guests are prepared on what will be provided! We do apologize if there was any confusion on the trash -guests can have more than 1 bag left, but guests must have all trash bagged in the 13 gallon trash bags. Guests cannot have loose trash (meaning unbagged trash), otherwise the vendor will not pick it up! We hope this better clarifies the trash procedures for your future vacations with us. It was such a pleasure to host you! Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for your future trips to the Orlando area, we would be more than happy to host you again!
