"Zephyr Hill" is a truly luxurious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa nestled in the beautiful Cap Estate of Saint Lucia. This villa offers an exquisite and comfortable tropical getaway, and here are the key features and amenities:

Bedrooms: The villa boasts four well-appointed bedrooms, including two identical primary en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds on the top floor. Additionally, there are two standalone bedrooms on the pool deck level, each equipped with two twin beds that can be joined to create king-size beds. Walk-in closets are available in all bedrooms, ensuring ample storage space.



Comfort: Every bedroom is air-conditioned, guaranteeing a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The louvre windows add to the tropical charm, allowing cool breezes to flow through the villa.

Stylish Interior: "Zephyr Hill" is elegantly furnished with stylish and high-quality furnishings, creating a sophisticated and inviting ambiance throughout the villa.



Housekeeping and Cook Service: Housekeeping and cook services are provided three times a week from 9am to 3pm, allowing guests to relax and unwind without the hassle of chores or meal preparation.

Concierge Services: A dedicated concierge is at your service to assist with booking tours, arranging transfers, making restaurant reservations, and even pre-stocking groceries, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

The villa can be rented as FULL HOUSE, or as 1-2 bedroom rate which would be the main house only.

(3rd and 4th semi detached bedrooms on pool deck is not included and will be locked off during the stay).



The villa can accommodate 2 extra persons on rollaway beds, cost is US $50 per person per night extra.



The villa has a laundry area with a washing machine which guests can use. There is a line to hang their clothes, no tumble dryer.

* Zephyr Hill Villa is located close to Villa Decaj and would be good for larger groups.

* During festive season, the villa has a 7night minimum and the 7 nights can not span over both Christmas and New Years.
