The Space:

Welcome to our spacious and inviting Colorado Springs home, where comfort and entertainment await. Our basement game room is the perfect spot for family and friends to relax and have fun, with foosball, a Shuffleboard Table, and an array of board games. For those who need to stay connected, we offer laptop-friendly amenities. Step outside into our fully fenced backyard, complete with comfortable seating furniture, ideal for enjoying the lovely Colorado weather. Inside, our three cozy bedrooms are thoughtfully equipped for your comfort, featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and queen-sized beds in the second and third bedrooms, along with all the amenities you need for a restful night. The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have all the essentials for meal preparation. Our spacious living room is perfect for relaxation and includes a Smart TV for your entertainment. Additionally, we have a family room with another Smart TV and ample seating. Parking is a breeze with a one-car garage and room for up to five vehicles in the driveway. The full bathroom comes with all the towels and soaps you need, and an in-unit washer and dryer add to your convenience. Guest Access:

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

House Rules Required

~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.



NO SMOKING inside.



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.



-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

-Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.



Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.



Reminders About the Property

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
