Great location; close to beach; very clean house; great A/C. Kitchen, dining and family room function well for gatherings. Great front porch and back yard area. Has a plug-in for golf cart. Kitchen is well equipped and has all modern appliances. Our second year using this house.

Excellent location, close to beach, comfy bed, nice walk-in showers, huge kitchen, outdoor space in backyard is lovely with brick patio, lots of seating and fire pit. Off-street area behind home to park and charge our rented golf cart. Great stay!

Spring break

Not only is the house beautifully refinished, but it made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, and made it very easy to get to the beach.

bad location for microwave; need stair rails all the way up the stairs. LR, DR , Kitchen layout is great, Very good location for the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Front porch and back yard area is great. House is very functional. I would stay at this house again.

House is perfectly appointed and charming. We will be back. There were a significant # of ants in the kitchen that we were able to mostly get rid of with ant traps. The house looked nice and orderly when we arrived, but was in need of a deeper clean (kitchen floors were sticky).And the umbrella on the back patio was broken - which made that area essentially unusable during the day.Overall, we loved the house and Cape Charles, and we plan on returning!

Lovely Home in a Lovely Town

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean with all the necessities for a fantastic beach vacation. It also has plenty of room for those rainy days as well. And the location is perfect. Just two blocks from the beach and a few from the restaurants on Mason Ave. We hope to stay here again soon!
