Beautiful location. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Only draw back is the porch is located next to 6 AC units which if they are on, you cannot hear the beautiful sounds of the ocean when you are sitting outside. But overall a very nice stay!

This space was PERFECT for 3 separate families with 2 babies. We had family staying in Flagler and it was easy to get to them and easy to get them to us! Having a guest was no issue and easy to do. ONLY KICKER, no coolers or outside food and beverage at either pool until 5 pm when the grille closes. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Main issue was the old king size bed in the second bedroom terrible saggy uncomfortable they must have moved the mattress into that bedroom when they replaced master mattress. Get a new mattress for that room. Master br was good. Also slider lock out to porch was broken.

Magical Memories

We had a great time in our stay at this location. The beaches were perfect, never too crowded. The pools were so fun, with a splash pad for our littles. The rooms were INCREDIBLE!!! We were blown away the minute we stepped inside our rental.

The beds were super comfortable, there were so many towels (beach and bathroom), the kitchen was incredibly stocked. Maintenance was very quick to fix the few issues we had and the process of getting gate passes for friends was very easy. The outdoor patio furniture wasn’t the most comfortable or clean, but that might just be the wear and tear from the environment.

Family Trip

This was our 3rd time to Cinnamon Bay. We love the location and the properties have always exceeded our expectations. The condo had everything we needed for our quick trip to the coast. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are beach chairs, floats, a beach wagon, styrofoam cooler, and beach towels in the unit. The beach access is close by and the ocean views are amazing. I can't wait for our next trip to Cinnamon Beach!

The condo and location were perfect. Well stocked kitchen. Our only negative was the beach was in bad shape due to storms. Very Shelly and rocky. No swimming due to the rocks.

Friends Reunion

Beautiful view. Quiet building. Great pool area. Three friends from high school (40 years ago) meet each year to review our lives scattered across the country. We very much enjoyed this property and the surrounding area. This unit is large with beautiful appointments and a great patio area for enjoying the ocean view. A short walk to both the surf line and the community pool gave us plenty of time in the water. Highly recommend.
