Beautiful View!!!

I think this may be the best view on the whole property. The whole coastline, it’s amazing. The condo was beautiful. I did wish it had more basic kitchen items like some spices, tinfoil, etc. Also the twin beds were a little wobbly, but it was fine for the kids. Overall a great stay and we would rent again. Thank you for a great getaway!

Paradise at the Beach

Third stay in this unit and will look forward to staying again. It would be nice if it had a Keurig coffee pot and better lighting in the laundry room but otherwise it had everything we needed and the location is perfect.

Great space for the family

The unit had everything, including space! It was a bit of a walk to the pool and the ocean view was sideways but otherwise fabulous. If you want a place near a lot of activities you are out of luck but if you just want a quiet beach, this is the place! A separate pool for kids across the street makes the ocean front pool more relaxing.

Another Great Vacation at Cinnamon Beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time at Cinnamon Beach once again. We rented this same penthouse condo several years ago, and it was really great once again. It looks like the condo had been updated. New paint, new decorations, new floor, maybe some new furniture, nicer washer & dryer than other condos we've stayed in. Best part: the view of the golf course and the ocean. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with cooking essentials. We would definitely rent this again in the future. One problem we noticed was that the patio guard rail needs some shoring up. The balcony railings are bowed and don't appear very sturdy due to possible storm damage. The rental agent should check this out for safety purposes. Other than that, it was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from this location is beautiful. If you need a pool close by, it’s not. The beach is a beautiful scene. It is not a beach to walk in the mornings, boogie boarding nor get in easily due to all the dangerous rocks. We had to go buy towels and wash clothes. The unit provides you with one wore out towel and one stained washcloth per person for a week. The beds are awful. The linens were paper thin wore out. The couch is the one in the pictures. Worn out but they steamed cleaned it. The chairs have ripped cloth. I emailed the company asking questions. They just answered with positive results just to hush you up. We will not go back. Our party included 2 teenage girls, 1 teenage boy, 3 adults.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views are great but the unit needs some attention. The beds are VERY uncomfortable and the second king sized bed feels like it is falling apart. There is a piece of tile missing right where the guardrail sits on the balcony making it less sturdy (this should be repaired ASAP for safety reasons). The bedding is stained and the unit is very dusty - could use a good cleaning. The resort amenities were great and the people were friendly. Don't feel as though the unit lived up to the hype of the listing and certainly wasn't worth what we paid to stay there for the week. We like the community but will book a different unit for our next visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I found the condo very spacious. It was nice to have the 3 bathrooms. I did think that some of the furniture was old and the dining area/living room were soiled. For a condo that large, you would expect a lot of dishes. We had about 8 coffee cups and a not a lot of kitchen stuff. The linens were old and for three baths they had few towels. It worked for us because we only had 4 adults in the unit. The beach is nice and the property around the condos is very well kept and beautiful. I would recommend this unit to others as long as they know about what I have mentioned.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great vacation. The only problem was the condo we stayed in was lacking a lot of stuff. The kitchen was missing so many essential tools. They need to check in their kitchen supplies. I have stayed in other condos in this neighborhood and the others had enough kitchen stuff for it to be a comfortable trip. They also didn’t have a broom for us to use. For a whole week it’s not comfortable to not be able to sweep the floors. The view was beautiful and the condo was very big for our party of 6 so overall it was a great week!

Great Location

We REALLY enjoyed our 9 day stay at cinnamon beach our unit actually looked nicer than the pictures. Very Clean, everything you need in the kitchen, beach towels in the unit. the only one thing that I didn't like were the carpets in the room are a bit dirty so it was out of tune with the other beautiful floors in the house. But overall I would recommend this unit and the location

Exceptional Place - couldn’t have been happier

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was stunning. Access to the unit is done via a 4 digit code. There are no keys to keep track of which was nice. The rental company does not allow early checkin. i called to ask anyway, and was very nicely told that check in is at 4 😀 so we stopped for a late lunch and entered the unit just after 4. There are 2 king bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twins and another full bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The bedrooms were spaced out such that we all felt like we had a lot of privacy. I was with 2 other women, so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We chose this unit because the 3rd bedroom did not have bunk beds. No adult wants to sleep under a bunk. The kitchen was furnished with all of the dishes, glassware and silverware that we needed. There is a regular coffeemaker and a keurig. All furnishings were in like-new condition with no wear and tear. The unit was spotlessly clean. The balcony was spacious and had a beautiful ocean and golf course view. There is a walkway to the ocean right by the elevator, but it is a little bit of a walk to the pools. There is a family pool and hot tub, as well as a “quiet” pool and hot tub. I was a little disappointed that the quiet pool wasn’t an adults-only pool but the kids who used it were mostly quiet. The beach is not exactly sandy. It was mainly small pebbles and shells but it didn’t hurt to walk on them. The ocean was rough while we were there so we didn’t get in it, but there are some big rocks that would have to be navigated to get in far enough to swim. Drinks at the Cinnamon Grill were very expensive and the bar was never open at the quiet pool when we were there, so our plan to enjoy frozen drinks at the pool didn’t work out, but the view from our balcony was spectacular so that’s where we always wanted to be anyway.Thi

Best of all worlds

This property and small town combine natural beauty, a quaint beachside community, and a beautiful condo and facility. The condo looks just like the pictures, which is a rarity. It was comfortable, immaculately clean, had all the bells and whistles to make our stay so convenient. It is just a short walk to the beach, pools, and fitness center. There was ample parking under the building, also very quiet. I will definitely be back soon!
