We are Perth born Health Professionals working from home. We love sharing the space with others who appreciate all that Fremantle has to offer and Historical renovated Limestone Buildings.
The Tiny House Garden Studio is located at the rear of an Historical Limestone Victorian Era Home Tastefully Restored and recently Renovated by the Owner. And True to Fremantle's eclectic and unique style, only locally Resourced, Recycled & Repurposed Materials were utilised to create an Open Plan, Solar Passive, Sustainable Home taking in the Famous Fremantle Doctor's early morning breeze from the South and the Indian Ocean Sea Breeze arriving from the Western Beaches whilst relaxing under the large canopy of trees. We encourage guests and other locals to join us in creating more Solar Passive, Sustainable Living Environments by taking advantage of our ocean breezes and sun minimising the use of utilities and subsequent costs. This also helps in keeping our letting fee low for all to enjoy our Historic Heritage Listed Space.
Guests are invited to enjoy a Guided Tour of the Heritage Listed Victorian home upon request for an additional $25. Generally a 1 hour tour.
The property is within walking distance to popular local Fremantle cafes, restaurants, bars, breweries and music festival events, local beaches and the famous Swan River. Or you may prefer to ride around on rental bikes or scooters. Close connections to public transport, the Train Station and Ferry Terminal to Perth City, the Swan Valley Wineries and the famous Heritage Listed Rottnest Island.
We love the Open Air Outdoor Space, relaxing on the surrounding verandahs and garden spaces enjoying the peaceful sound of native birds, our resident Tawny Frogmouth Owl, Possum called 'Pete' and a quiet, gentle natured Samoyed Husky called 'Beau'.
Nic loves providing Private, Personalised Guided Tours of Fremantle and surrounds for guests to enjoy all Fremantle has to offer. Pre-bookings Essential.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft
We love the close proximity to the popular Fremantle scene, local restaurants, cafes, good coffee, the nightlife, local pubs, music events, street festivals, clubs, the backpacker vibe, green spaces, all the historical homes, restored buildings, sustainable living and many lovely local green spaces and trees. We love walking Beau down by the river, having coffee at our local cafes and we generally head down to one of our local beach most days for a long hike and swim.
The property is Heritage Listed and one of the original limestone houses built in Fremantle in 1886 so we ask that you take care of this old lady so she can stand for more centuries.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig
The Tiny House Garden Studio is located at the rear of a tastefully restored & renovated Historical Limestone Heritage Listed Victorian House in a quiet culdesac street (unless The Fremantle Arts Centre has a music event on). And True to Fremantle's eclectic and unique style, only locally Resourced, Recycled & Repurposed Materials were utilised to create an Open Plan, Solar Passive home allowing the Famous Fremantle Doctor's early morning breeze from the South and the Indian Ocean Sea Breeze arriving from the Western Beaches to cool the spaces whilst relaxing under the large canopy of trees.
Walking distance to local beaches and the famous Swan River or you may prefer to ride around on rental bikes or scooters. Close connections to public transport, the Train Station and Ferry Terminal to Perth City, the Swan Valley Wineries and the famous Heritage Listed Rottnest Island.
Tropical Style Outdoor Open Air Shower, Bath Tub and Toilet adjoining the Studio surrounded by a peaceful garden with a resident Tawny Frogmouth Owl, Possum called 'Pete' and a quiet, gentle natured Samoyed Husky called 'Beau'. We have chickens so complimentary fresh eggs daily and herbs from the garden.
Guests are invited to enjoy a Private Guided Tour of the Heritage Listed Victorian home upon request for an additional $25. Generally a 1 hour tour.
