Historical Self Contained Tiny House (Studio)

Self Contained Studio Cottage (Tiny House) 14m2 with Private Side Access situated at the rear of a beautifully restored 1886 Heritage Listed Victorian Era Limestone House sitting on a 300sqm block and centrally located (5 minute walking distance to Fremantle's Cafe Strip) within the local Art Precinct. The Tiny House is roughly the size and shape of an Historic Railway Carriage and set up as a Compact Self Contained Space utilising Minimalist Style and Sustainable Building Practices within a Home Stay Setting.

Combination of French Provincial & Tropical Style gardens throughout with a Bali Style Outdoor Private Open Air Shower, Bath Tub and Toilet surrounded by a peaceful garden with a resident Tawny Frogmouth Owl, Brush Tail Possums called *Pete*, nesting Pink & Grey Galahs and a large variety of visiting bird life to the tree canopy above the Tiny House. Close to popular restaurants, bars, breweries and music festival events, the Swan River and The Beach.

The Space
The Tiny House Studio has Private Access through the front side White Picket Gate. Our Quaint Tiny House Studio is the approximately the size and shape of a Historical Train Carriage and has a Victorian Brass Queen Bed, Kitchenette and Cooking Facilities if you prefer to 'stay in'. If you prefer to 'head out and about', this property is located within a short walking distance to all the popular Fremantle Cafes, Bars Restaurants, Breweries, Clubs, the Swant River and Beaches. Close to Public Transport, Freo Train Station, Ferry Terminal to the famous Rottnest Island Quokkas, Perth City and the fabulous Swan Valley Wineries. Walking distance to local popular beaches or you may prefer to ride around on rental bikes or scooters.

Guest Access
Guests have access to a Private Outdoor Open Air Bali Style Shower, Bath, Toilet and Lounge area located right next to the Garden Studio in the Summer months. There is also a shared bathroom located in the Main (Owners) House in Winter upon request.

Whilst there is a self contained kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink, fully equipped kitchen facilities, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and electric pan for cooking) and Gourmet Continental Breakfast goodies provided, you can also choose to pre-order a fully cooked breakfast to be delivered each morning to the studio or outdoor seating area from the hosts for an additional $25pp fee (48 hours notice required).

Choose between the following cooked breakfast options:
- Bacon, Eggs, Hash and Sausages on Toasted Sourdough or
- French Toast with Mixed Berry Compote and Maple Syrup or
- Vegetarian Breakfast (Hummus, Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes on Sourdough) all served with pots of coffee/tea and fresh orange juice.

We have chickens and a herb garden so we also offer complimentary eggs and herbs. Basic food items such as milk, butter, coffee, tea, eggs, bread, cooking oils/spices/sauces are provided in the Tiny House Kitchenette. Alternatively, there are plenty of local quality cafes and restaurants within close walking distance of the property.

We have a Samoyed Husky named Beau who is very quiet and gentle natured.

PLEASE NOTE: The Studio is 'not suited' to those who may be physically challenged as it is a small space with steps up to the Tiny House and a high Wrought Iron Bed. Whilst we welcome Pets (dogs), we prefer them to stay outside the Tiny House Studio in the lovely gardens where possible.
PET RULES
1. Pets are to be kept under control at all times.
2. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time unless arranged the owner in advance. .
3. The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside the property. If additional cleaning is required this will be deducted from the Security Bond.
4. Pets are not permitted on the bed or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding where applicable.
5. Pets that are allowed inside should be cleaned and fully dried off before being allowed to enter the property.
6. Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property.
7. Guests must dispose of pet faeces in a clean and sanitary manner. 8. Property Owners can accept responsibility for pet safety nor do we guarantee the suitability of the property for the dog you are bringing. The onus is on the pet owner to ensure that the property is suitable for their pet.

For those guests or travellers who are not familiar with what Fremantle or Western Australia has to offer, Nic the Owner also enjoys offering Private, Personalised Guided Tours of popular local Fremantle Sights upon request for an additional $60 cost per person (in addition to guest entry fees, event or meal costs). Pre- Bookings Essential (7 days in advance).

- Guided Mystery Tours based on your own personalised interests. Ie: Local Historical Venues, Historic Houses, Street Art, Breweries, Local Live Music Gigs, Historic Pubs, DJs, Games, Local Artisan Markets, Specialty Gift Shops, Local Food and Craft Markets, Brunch, Breakfasts or Italian, French, Thai or Vietnamese Dinners, Art Galleries, Museums, Local Seafood, Property, Lookouts, Hiking, Golf, Trivia/Darts/Games nights, Ice Creameries, Sweets Shops, or for those Coffee Connoisseurs etc

- Guided Walking Foodie Tours (The 4 Venues include a Famous Local Bar or Brewery for a couple of beverages, then onto a Popular Local Cafe for our Entree, Restaurant for Mains and then walking to our final destination for a fabulous Cafe Dessert before trekking 10 minutes back to the property). Approximately 4 hour walking trip.

- Local Sailing or Boating Tours ie: Swan River, Ocean or Rottnest Tours, Twilights, Early Morning trips

- Snorkelling or Sporting ie: Golf, Tennis, Darts Tours
