An 'open plan' living, kitchen and sleeping area with the bathroom being separate makes this the perfect getaway for singles or couples wanting their own special 'Bali style retreat' to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Whether on business, solo travelling or catching up with friends and family, take the opportunity to distance yourself from familiar surroundings.... and chill out!
Primarily, this a truely amazing spot for singles and couples. Please be aware an additional $25 will be charged for extra bed. Please note the studio is NOT designed for children under 8 years of age or infants that have begun to crawl/walk.

50 metres to a supermarket, amenities and the trendy "George St" precinct, cafes, restaurants, wine bars, Sweetwater roof top bar, live music and boutique shopping. Walking distance to Fremantle, famous Cappucinno Strip, Fremantle Markets, Prison, Maritime Museum, Round House leading onto Bather's Beach, Art Centre which hosts regular live music/art venues and the Fishing Boat Harbour with a stretch of cuisine restaurants including our own "Little Creatures". Five minute stroll to the Swan River or a ten minute drive to our beautiful white sandy beaches or to catch the ferry to Rottnest Island. Cottesloe Beach is a ten minute drive and half hour to Kings Park/Lizzy Quay.

*The studio is an open living area with a small kitchen, microwave and oven however, please use the BBQ outside when cooking meat.
* Separate bathroom and loft upstairs although during the warmer months it's not ideal and therefore the couch can be used as an extra bed.
*The laundry is shared and attached to the main house.
*The studio offers a comfy queen bed with quality linen and bathroom towels. Unlimited WIFI, USB ports, iron/ironing board, wardrobe/clothing hangers, reverse cycle aircon, ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, pantry, coffee plunger, oven, microwave, digital radio, and TV/NETFLIX. An added delight of roller shutters that will seclude the studio for added comfort and privacy. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
*The couch may be used as an extra bed but please assemble after use.
*There is a small double bed upstairs but be aware the stairs are steep.*Please note that during our hotter summer days, the loft can be quite warm. A fan is provided for upstairs as the aircon doesn't quite reach top of the stairs.

*The pantry boasts a selection of teas and ground coffee as well as instant coffee, sugar, honey.
*Please empty coffee grounds into the garden or food waste bin provided ...thank you!
*For those who'd like to cook, there is a BBQ outside as we prefer only light cooking in the kitchen ...eg no meat, baking or roasting ...thank you!
*In the bathroom is quality toweling, hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap available.

* FREE* Street Parking is available

*GUEST ACCESS - Please enter thru the main wooden gates and the studio will be unlocked. The keys are hanging on the sid of the fridge hhand your WIFI password is written above the computer desk.
*PLEASE make sure the wooden gate is closed at ALL times whilst entering and existing the property. Two female Golden Retrievers live on the premises and are likely to escape!!!
*BEFORE ARRIVAL - We will be in contact with you 1 day prior to arrange a time to check in and give you instructions to access the studio.
*SELF CHECK-IN is also available from 2.00PM - 4.00AM following day as we understand flights may arrive late at night or very early mornings.

INCLUDED ***
- Aircon is to be turned OFF and 1 light left on only when going out AND please turn
OFF lights , aircon and close both entrance doors when vacating ...thank you!
- NO parties or events. Booked guests only! Extra guests $25 p/night per person on request only!
- Check in time is AFTER 2PM - 4AM
- Self check in is available from 2PM - 4AM
- Check out 11AM and please check you have all your valuables before vacating!!
- Gates must be closed at ALL times whilst entering and exiting the property!
- Please use the towel provided to wipe off excess water on glass after showering and make sure the taps are not dripping!
- Please adhere to TOILET signage, thank you! NO tampons or other matter eg. paper
towels/wipes down toilet!
- Please do not place HOT pots etc on wooden kitchen bench whilst cooking. Mats are provided.
- Please do not put HOT water into glasses. Cups/mugs are provided
- Please DO NOT empty coffee residue down the kitchen, bathroom,
shower or toilet. The garden is an ideal place or the 'food waste' bin on kitchen bench
- Please refrain from using products containing bleach that will discolour towels and linen. e.g some makeup removers, hair products etc. or you will be asked to replace them!
- Please inform if something is broken, not working or damaged during your stay or PRIOR to vacating.... *Please note:- We will use our discretion and assess any damage due to misuse and will be asked for reimbursement!
