Any damages will be paid at checkout. Payment for any damage will be made on the day of the checkout, under penalty of a 100% fine on the amount calculated, in addition to costs of attorney and notary prostitution for the purpose of negativity in all credit agencies.
House Rules
An additional fee of R US$ 150 dólares will be for charged per guest a day exceeding the limit of 10 people. This value is negotiable with the host. Under no circumstances will the presence of more than 14 people be admitted to the property.
