Middle River Vista is a sister property to Middle River Beach House next door. If you have a large group, both houses can sleep up to 26.

Snellings Beach is located on the North Coast, protected from the savage Southern Ocean. For this reason its is a favourite destination for locals as a family friendly beach (low swell & protected from Southerly winds) and for recreational fishing.

There is only limited accommodation around Snellings Beach, so it is not uncommon to have the beach all to yourself during much of the year.

Keen fisherman can launch a dinghy from the beach (nearby Stokes Bay has a boat ramp) or take the kids to the river mouth hunting for small Bream and Tommy Ruff.

Expect to see Kangaroos, Wallaby's and Possums around the property at dawn and dusk.

Gastronomo Dining's famous Fig Tree Restaurant and Shearing Shed is next door.

The Stokes Bay Rookpool café is a 10 minute drive for coffee and lunch.
