Everything was clean, Stephen was an excellent host and the condo was so nice! It was close to everything making it easy to Uber if we wanted, and the get ready/karaoke room was such a cool addition. Lots of space to spread out and the patios were a nice place to relax after the day.

The place is adorable! Very spacious and in such a great location. I came with my bestie from college and her 12 year old daughter, who is into all things glitz and glamour. This place was perfect for thst! It is 4 floors (super spacious!) with a lot of stairs, so that's the only heads up if someone in ur party is elderly. Otherwise, it's was a perfect stay!

Hey Liz, bringing your college bestie and her daughter sounds like a fun way to use all four floors. I appreciate the 5 stars even though those stairs were a lot to manage. I'll make sure the layout is described clearly so future guests with mobility concerns know what to expect. Hope you'll come stay with us again. Thanks, Steve from Misfit Homes

Really enjoyed staying here. Great vibe and enough space for all of us. Everything was clean. There are definitely stairs so make sure everyone is okay with that. Parking was tight so I wouldn’t recommend if you have a large truck or suv. Excellent location for walking to 12 South or the Gulch or an easy Uber to downtown.

Nashville-right outside downtown

We chose this Vrbo purely based on size and sort of silliness of the decor. We were delighted by how madsive the condo was, and how clean it was. Our group is not one to really utilize the Kareoke stage/bar area, however if youre planning a gals trip/Bachelorette I think that would be a blast. Our host was response, all though we didn't really need anything. Check in and out was very easy. Information was readily available. Overall, a great experience.

Hey Brandon, You picked the right spot. I appreciate you leaving us 5 stars even though your group didn't have much use for the karaoke stage and bar. It sounds like the sheer size of the condo and the clean space worked well for your trip regardless. We'd love to have you back if you're ever in Nashville again. Thanks, Steve from Misfit Homes

Very impressive house with a great location. Our daughters were obsessed with the karaoke room and spent all their down time in there. The decor is so fun & well done. We walked to the Gulch & broadway even with little kids & then would Uber back or plenty of scooters to rent everywhere for a super quick trip back to the house. We did have a few issues that were never resolved. None of the TVs on the top floor worked. It was pretty disappointing because that is where the bunk room is for the kids and the family room space to hang out. Also the fireplace did not work. We were having Thanksgiving dinner & were pretty disappointed to not have a fire as we planned & expected. Reached out to management about these issues and never heard back.

Hey Gabrielle, the karaoke room always seems to be the biggest hit for families staying here. Walking to the Gulch is a breeze from this spot, and I'm satisfied the location and decor lived up to your expectations for a holiday trip. I'm genuinely sorry our team didn't get back to you about the fireplace and the top-floor TVs while you were there. Our lack of communication isn't how I want things to go, and I'm looking into why these messages didn't reach the right people. Thanks, Steve from Misfit Homes

This was a super nice place to stay. My family enjoyed the decor and the upstairs level was super cute. The location was just a short drive from almost everything we wanted to see in Nashville. Parking was convenient. The host quickly answered questions we had and resolved a minor issue we had to our satisfaction. We felt it was a safe and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this place for a fun and fashionable place to stay.

Hey Alicia, the upstairs level usually wins people over and I’m glad it worked for your family. Thanks for the 5 stars despite the minor issue we had to resolve together during your stay. I’m looking into what caused that hiccup so it doesn't happen for the next group. We'd love to have you back in Nashville. Thanks, Steve from Misfit Homes
