Welcome to your quiet and charming 3-bedroom, 2 bath pool home in the heart of Bradenton. This home has been recently updated throughout. It features an open floor plan and an amazing private backyard with a pool. This rental is only a short distance to IMG Academy, 30 minutes from Sarasota, and 30 minutes from University Parkway. Not to mention about 10-15 minutes away from Bradenton beach on Anna Maria Island.

Anna Maria Island sits at the southern tip of Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico and located north of Longboat Key. It is best known for its seven-mile strip of beautiful beaches, world-class dining, and old Florida charm. Bradenton Beach, one of the 3 cities, is known for its fishing piers, sugar-sand beaches and a charming strip of shops, restaurants and other family-owned businesses. It is also convenient to restaurants, movies, shopping, and entertainment. It is perfect for those looking to enjoy all of Bradenton/ Sarasota has to offer.

This home is spacious offering over 1300 square feet. You're instantly greeted by the bright and open living area space equipped with plenty of seating. Enjoy the large 50 in flat screen TV for catching up on shows or catching a game. The ultimate layout for lazy days or relaxing after long days spent at the beach. Your kitchen space is perfectly balanced and offers plenty of room for those looking to prepare home cooked meals instead of opting for restaurant dining. This kitchen features a large island, new stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space. It also includes all the amenities you could need during your stay. Off your living space is a nice dining area with seating for six. The back room off of the kitchen is also equipped with additional dining seating for four & two pool chairs that can be used outback. The gorgeous backyard is the perfect backyard oasis. It showcases a large underground pool and completely fenced in backyard

Your master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and large flat screen TV. Also, attached to the master is your own master bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. House was awful

This house could be very nice but it was filthy and run down. It needs maintenance. The walls need cleaning and/or painting. The cleaning crew did not clean before we arrived. I have pictures. A cabinet in the kitchen is literally falling off the wall. The outside has leaves, spider webs all over. It has not been maintained in awhile. The couches stink and were dirty. We did not even sit on them because of how filthy they are. The house smelled musty, moldy and had a urine smell when we walked in. Just pure nastiness. We did not feel the neighborhood was safe. We will not be back and I will not use your company again.

Absolutely disgusting home

We had the worst vacation staying in this bug infested, stained covered, over grown house. Owners of GC Vacation Rentals refuse to refund the money even though all the mattresses were severely stained with brown and red huge stains. Mattresses had hundreds of dead bugs under the stained topper. Drains were fully clogged and unusable. Back yard was over grown, nasty, had trash and junk piled up, house smelt like an old nursing home, poop smears all over several walls. Yet, this company believes the $3000 we spent was well worth it in this rental. Pictures of this house is false and doesn’t look anything like them.

Overall decent experience

You can tell the home is being upgraded and they are making it look very nice. We tried to check in early. I called twice prior to arrival and never heard anything back. They had asvised they were doing a matainence repair and they would callback. I never heard back. Upon arrival at my sisters house, I called again. It took 3-4 hours for a reply/answer to if we could go to the home or not. BUT communication was a LOT smoother after we were in the home. There were no trashbags left in the home but some were brought to use the mornings after advising this. The pool is not heated - not any reason for review other than informational purposes. We had dirty sheets on main bed when we first checked in - but there were clean ones close by and was easy to change out. I slept like a baby on the bed. There are TVs in all rooms - but not all were logged into the channels available. Theres outdoor seating. The pool is beautiful. The whole layout of the house was nice. There is a washer and dryer but you have to run dryer 2 cycles. We had to buy our own detergent - again, for informational purposes. The back yard is fully fenced in. It was overall a nice place to stay. We had different people in the home as we had family nearby and switched on/off but we comfortable slept up to 7-8 people one night. I would stay here again. The location is quiet and nearby to beaches & shopping. Overall happy with our stay.
