Luna house- City Centre and Bus Stop - Perfect for 2 people and pet + hot tub

We had called VRBO support about this gues because she left in the middle of the night and said nothing to us even thought we told her when she arrived if she needed anything to tell us. The sheets were certainly not stained, I check all cleaning and it was absolutely clean , not sure why someone would say this and if they did why not take a picture? I do not appreciate someone leaving the hotu tub room, unlocked it was dangerous to do this and the rules were not followed. We had guests with cats and dogs in past but we clean and desanitize . The hot tub room has smell of chlorine becasue we follow the codes of infection control and they were told to keep door slightly ajar if it was too warm...it is a hot tub room! I think that this review is false and maliscious as nothing seemed to be ok but they left in the middle of the night ...this is suspicious.
