this is a private bedroom , which is a separate unit of the house, with double beds in it and an ensuit bathroom, a small kitchen inside, have a refrigerator and a microwave, there is no living room for this liting.
it is in a very quiet neighborhood , great for a small family or friends vacation.
the location is great, next to our building is the old town of Niagara Falls, there have several resturants and coffee shop, and bars on the queen street. also it is easy to go every sightseeing place, only take you 3 mintus drving to the Falls, and 5 minuts walking distance to the bus terminal and train station.

Host was very helpful. Unit was clean, comfortable and in a great location to Niagara Falls. Walking distance if you don’t mind a little walk. In a quiet neighbourhood too! We would stay again and recommend to other too!

Great Little Spot!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is comfortable and super quiet! It was nice to have a spot way from the main drag and crowds. It was nice walk up the falls or a quick Uber. Only one small thing to mention - there isn't much around; restaurants and stores, if needed. But Uber Eats found us easily.

Perfect for a weekend getaway to Niagara Falls. It was so nice to be as close to the falls as we were! There is a bus stop just around the corner that takes you up to the falls and back again. Parking was a little tricky because there were other guests staying in the front of the house but it wasn’t that bad. The bathroom area is just as small as the pictures make it seem. The beds are spring mattresses so if you’re used to a foam bed like I am it took a night to adjust but they are still super comfy! Would definitely come again!

Very happy

I was very impressed with the room itself. It exceeded my expectations. The beds were very comfortable. The linens were crisp and clean. The towels in the bathroom were soft and fluffy. The host provided coffee and bottled water in the refrigerator. There was shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and body lotion in the washroom and I was not expecting that so it was a nice surprise. The host was very prompt to answer any questions or concerns and they were just delightful people. I highly recommend renting a property from them.

All well with one suggestion

Nice and close to Niagara Falls boats. One suggestion would be on hot days to have air conditioner on for guests. We kind of freaked out at first because we didn’t realize a unit was in the VRBO! It took awhile to cool down once we found the air conditioner! Love to Canada We hate our President too!

Good location

The location was convenient to everything in town. Something of a language barrier communicating with the hosts, but not insurmountable. The couch was a bit gross, and someone else's food was in the refrigerator when we got there.

The location was a little difficult to locate due to the immense overgrowth of weeds in front of the main house and down the driveway, this led to a lot of bugs and mosquitoes right outside the door to our room in the attached addition in the back of the main house. It was very dusty in the room and on the floors, mildew in the shower stall and overall not clean. Everytime we opened the door to go in or out mosquitoes swarmed in, we had spiders in the room and we kept the curtain pulled because there were webs and spiders in the main window next to the bed. We did stay one night but gave up our second night and opted to drive home through the night rather than stay. The host was kind and very responsive to messages, my husband spoke with her before we left and they did offer to come in and clean the room again for us, but it needs a good deep cleaning and the the yard needs some upkeep to help with the bugs. The mentioned close by downtown is also mostly empty and the closest coffee shop that did not require pay to park was about 8-10 min drive away, otherwise you are close to the falls main attractions.

It is an old house, we try our best effort to keep everything clean. In fact, we do cleaning the room after every guests checked out, we offer the clean towels and sheets and linens. We know the guests always have high expectations about the place, however, you cannot use five star hotels standard to compare our place. We offer comfortable place to the travelers with very cheap price. We always welcome people tell us if have any problems when they check in, so that we can serve better.
