In its prior incarnation, this villa was managed by the Angsana Hotel, an integral part of the Banyan Tree Group. Before that, it was a Sheraton Grande Hotel Villa. The year 2023 marked a new chapter with a fresh renovation and the villa moving to the management of local host Nattanich, affectionately known as Thip.
In her previous role, Thip led the Villa Host division at the Sheraton Grande Hotel, fostering warm guest relations and ensuring impeccable villa presentation. Thip takes care of our villa as if it were her own home, ensuring it is always well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Upon your arrival, she will be your gracious host, ensuring a welcoming check-in experience for you and your family. To ensure a seamless welcome, you are kindly asked to provide Thip with your arrival details and check-in time 48 hours before your arrival.
Whether it involves arranging a baby cot or stroller, or facilitating airport transfers, Thip is well-versed in handling special requests. Your comfort and convenience stand as her top priorities, and her dedication is focused on ensuring your stay is nothing short of exceptional.
