The property was great for two couples traveling together. We each our own separate kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, outdoor area, and hot tub. One downside is the water pressure but it is a very old house. We really enjoyed the stay.

This is more for the property owner- we have stayed at this house previously and loved it. The upkeep on the property between that stay and this one is terrible. The cleaning and maintenance crew are not doing a good job. There is mold and mildew in the Kitchen and bathrooms. And the AC was left running at 65 degrees so it was froze up when we arrived.

Joelle, mold and mildew in the kitchen and bathrooms, and an AC frozen solid at 65 degrees, that is not the house you stayed in before and it is not the standard we hold it to. You were right to say so. The house has since had a full mold remediation and grout reseal in both bathrooms and the kitchen, the AC system was serviced and the thermostat now locks at a minimum of 68, and a manager walks the home after every turnover instead of signing off on paper. You know how good this place is at its best. Come back and let us show you that version again. There is 10% off your next stay whenever you come back, the same as for all our returning guests. Very disappointed.

To sum it up the stay did not happen. We finally got in after having to call the manager to allow the code to work. The outside of the property has wood falling off and in need of many repairs. Once we entered the property the smell of old stuff was apparent. The furniture was old and not what we expected. The other bedroom has to be accessed from the rear of the house. We did not stay, we loaded our car and found another place to stay. The worse place we have ever been.
