This fabulous property provides a serene atmosphere and modern amenities that make this a great place to call home base while you're away. Awesome place! We so enjoyed our stay here and Philip, our host was so helpful and kind. We stayed here with our friends, so we could be close to Lady Bird Johnson Golf Course and enjoy the town of Fredericksburg. We have all agreed that we would love to come back and stay here again! We had a very nice time visiting Fredericksburg. Our townhome was not walking distance to Main Street as we had hoped. You are able to walk through neighborhoods, which we love to do in a new town, but there were not any sidewalks until you got to the downtown area. Therefore, we were walking in the road which was a disappointment.Other than that our townhome was perfect in size for 2 adult couples.

We were here for just the morning on Saturday to see the Indian Arrowheads and artifacts show!Loved your townhouse and accommodations! We had a wonderful girls’ trip staying here with my aunt and cousin for the night. The beds were very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and new. The living room sofa with reclining seats was such a cozy touch, perfect for relaxing and catching up. The location was super convenient to everything we needed, and the décor throughout the property was stylish and welcoming. Overall, a great stay — we would definitely come back!

Lovely townhome in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and clean, the kitchen was well equipped for a vacation stay. Beds were lovely and soft, all linens clean and new. Problem with hot water supply in the front bathroom, which was reported to the owner. Would rent again.

Clean Quiet and Comfortable

Great place for two couples. Far enough off Main Street so it was quiet. But everything was very convenient. House was well stocked with all the basics we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The property was a moderate walk to Main Street. We like walking so we never even needed an uber. The place was clean and peaceful and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t need the kitchen really, but it was nice. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were nice well.
