Welcome to ARIZONA DAYDREAM, our 6 BR, 4 BA, two story, 5000+ sq ft home in beautiful and family friendly Gold Canyon. Enjoy the private backyard amenities that include a 9 ft deep diving pool with optional heat, built-in spa, fire pit and covered patio furnished for dining and relaxing. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F.

Sliding doors at the back of the home allow access to the patio and pool deck, making it easy to transfer food and drinks. With favorite beverage in hand, enjoy the stunning views of the iconic Superstition Mountains and sunsets from the covered patio or pool deck. When the evenings turn cool, warm yourself in front of the gas fire pit. Life is grand in Gold Canyon!

Our spacious home has an elegant living room with a gas fireplace and a formal dining room with table seating for 8. The open concept great room has a cozy sitting area, fully stocked kitchen and casual bar. The sitting area is furnished to comfortably watch the great room TV. There are doors that open to the pool deck and covered patio, making transfer of food and beverage easy. Wifi is complimentary.

The modern kitchen with island seating is completely stocked with the kitchen gadgets you need to prep and serve full course home cooked meals. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. There is also a breakfast room with table seating. Highchairs are available to rent.

~ GOLDEN NIGHTS in GOLD CANYON ~
Upstairs are 5 bedrooms, including the primary suite, and 3 bathrooms. There is one bedroom and one bath on the ground floor. ALL bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans.

The luxurious primary suite has a king bed, balcony with pretty views, en suite bath, large walk-in closet and plush sitting area. The en suite bath features a garden tub for soothing stress and tired muscles, dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. A hair dryer and soap are supplied. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5 have queen beds and share Bathrooms 2 and 3 with tub-shower combos. There is also an upstairs arcade room with 70 arcade games on 2 consoles, darts, a TV and a table for cards, board games and puzzles. Guests of all ages will enjoy playing arcade games on the consoles or rounds of darts. Bedroom 6 on the ground floor has a king bed and uses Bathroom 4 with a walk-in shower.

The small front facing garage bay has been converted to a theater room where you can immerse yourself in action and adventure experiences on the large screen. Two fully stocked laundry rooms, one upstairs and one on the ground floor, help you keep your wardrobe ready for your Arizona adventures. There are 2 garage spaces for cars and additional parking for one vehicle on the driveway.

Gold Canyon is a popular east Phoenix destination with guest pleasing attractions. The Sidewinder Golf Course is popular with the golfing crowd; The Hieroglyphic Canyon and Wave Trails are favorite with hikers and bikers. In the spring the Renaissance Festival draws crowds of all ages who enjoy art, music and specialty foods.

It's a short drive from the home to appealing eateries, unique shopping and museums. The modern highway makes it easy to visit Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe and Scottsdale with its famous Old Town.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 12 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of twelve (12).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home for any amount of time.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.

The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Spa heating only with no pool heating is $30.00 per night, October 1 through April 30. There is a 4 night minimum.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
