There is a fourth bedroom that could be used that is located in the casita type area in the lower level /basement of the house, complete with a king sized bed, full bathroom (shower no tub) and a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and refrigerator, however it is only available upon special request and there is a fee of $80 per night for its use. A pool and spa heating charge of $50.00 per day is added to your reservation unless you choose not to use the pool heating feature. In such a case, this fee will be removed.
