Golden View Estate is a sensational, single-story retreat offering 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and the kind of sweeping Superstition Mountain views you'll never forget. From the moment you enter, Golden View sets the stage for an extraordinary stay. The open-concept great room greets you with soaring ceilings, walls of windows, and panoramic views that seamlessly bring the outdoors in. The gourmet kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, spacious island seating, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers, is stocked with everything you need to prepare memorable meals. We'll even get you started with a supply of K-cups for your first morning.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers a welcoming space to gather. Open the patio doors to embrace true indoor/outdoor living, where meals and conversation flow easily from the heart of the home to the expansive backyard.

A favorite feature among guests, the theater room offers plush reclining chairs, a cozy fireplace, and a large screen for unforgettable movie nights. Every corner of this home has been designed with gathering and connection in mind, while still allowing space for privacy and retreat.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms ~
Each bedroom is a sanctuary of its own, furnished with comfort and style in mind. TVs and ceiling fans are found in every room, with smart TVs for streaming and convenience.

Golden View comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups traveling together.

The backyard is nothing short of a desert oasis. Spend your days floating in the sparkling pool or soaking in the hot tub, then transition into evenings beneath Arizona's star-filled sky. Gather around the fire pit for laughter and storytelling, or dine al fresco while watching the game on the outdoor TV. Multiple covered patios provide shaded retreats, while a gas grill, outdoor heaters, and ample seating make this space inviting year-round. Pool heating can be added to your reservation for $60/nt plus tax.

Parking ~
Guests will find garage parking for two vehicles, with space for three additional cars in the driveway.

Important ~
To finalize your reservation, before arrival you will be asked to complete our rental agreement and guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This ensures compliance with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for our guests and properties. Truvi will contact you by email and/or text. Please complete this step prior to your stay to ensure a smooth check-in.

Rental Age ~
Must be at least 28 years old to book.

Noise Policy ~
Red Mountain Rentals enfoces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. All outdoor speakers and TV's must be turned off between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. Violation of this rule will result in removal from the home without refund.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine.

Pet Policy ~
This is a pet-free home. No pets are permitted under any circumstance.

Smoking Policy ~
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is prohibited in the entire premesis. No smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes of any kind are permitted inside or outside of the property under any circumstances. Violating this will result in the guest being fully liable for any damage resulting from it.

Damage Policy ~
A Damage Insurance Policy through Rental Guardian is included in the fees at the time of booking. This policy is automatically applied and charged with your reservation — no additional steps are required from the guest.
Guests will be charged for any and all damage not covered by the Rental Guardian Insurance Policy and/or any damage deductibles for covered items by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurace Policy purchased at the time of reservation.

Reservation Payments ~
50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking
Payment in full is due and will be automatically charged 30 days from arrival date.

Cancellation Policy ~
Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled at 14 or less days before arrival will not receive a refund. Total reservation payment will be forfeited. Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant a refund.

Security Cameras ~
All of our homes have security cameras installed on the front of the garage, facing the street. These cameras are the property of Red Mountain Rentals. There may be additional security cameras on the front of the property (such as Ring Doorbells or cameras monitoring the side gate entrance) as well that are maintained by the homeowner. Neither the homeowner or Red Mountain Rentals has installed any security cameras in the backyard or inside of the home. Tampering with any security camera may result in removal from the home without refund.
