Very nice for the price! The beach access was excellent, and having two beach chairs set up for us each day was a great perk.I would definitely stay in this building again. The only thing I'd do differently is book a unit on the top floor. The guests above us were pretty loud, and we could hear every footstep - especially when their kids were running around - which was a bit distracting and annoying.Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the excellent beach access, the complimentary beach chairs, and your overall stay with us. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and are especially happy to hear that you would consider returning. We’re sorry to hear that the noise from the guests above you was a distraction during your stay. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when traveling with little ones. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we’ll certainly keep your feedback in mind when helping future guests select a unit. Thank you again for staying with us and for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for a quieter and even more enjoyable stay next time!

I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the great value and convenient location of the property! We also appreciate your comments about the beach access key fob. We understand that carrying a separate fob can be less convenient than a keypad entry, and we'll be sure to share your suggestion with the HOA and property owners for consideration. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing beach getaway soon!

I’ve stayed in this unit a number of times. It’s always clean and cheerful. The kitchen is nicely suppled for anybody who might want to cook. My only 2 suggestions would be some instructions for operating the TV, and a different floor covering on the balcony. The various pieces of gray felt were always folded over/curled up.The location, right on the beach! , and the full gulf-front view are both fantastic! The 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up, ready by 7-am each morning, is a great perk!

Thank you for your continued loyalty and for choosing to stay with us again! It means so much to know you keep returning and consistently enjoy the cleanliness, cheerful atmosphere, well-stocked kitchen, and of course the incredible Gulf-front views. We also appreciate your thoughtful suggestions. We'll look into providing clearer TV operating instructions for future guests, and we'll share your feedback about the balcony floor covering with the owner to see if improvements can be made. We're delighted you enjoyed the beach service and that those reserved chairs and umbrella helped make your mornings even more relaxing. Thank you again for your kind review, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful beachfront stay!

Communication was excellent. There were a few concerns on upkeep with our condo. Our bathtub was clogged and slowly drained which caused standing water in the bottom of the tub while taking showers. Also, every remote battery was dead with no replacement batteries. I know that seems small, but inconvenient. One other inconvenience was only one fob for beach access. If sleeping up to 4-6, it’s hard to accommodate beach access with only one fob. I loved all of the hooks in the bedroom and bathroom to hang towels and swimsuits on. The bed was extremely comfortable!

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re so glad to hear that you found our communication excellent, enjoyed the convenient hooks throughout the bedroom and bathroom, and especially that you found the bed extremely comfortable! We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you experienced, including the slow-draining bathtub and dead remote batteries. While these may seem like small inconveniences, we understand how frustrating they can be during a stay. We’ll be sure to share these concerns with our maintenance team so they can be addressed. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the single beach-access fob. We understand how difficult that can be for larger groups, and we’ll review whether additional fobs can be made available to better accommodate our guests. Thank you again for helping us identify areas where we can improve. We truly appreciate your stay and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience!

Perfect play place

I took my teen son and his friend for fall break. The boys had a blast with the beach so close. I enjoyed being able to walk to a couple of different y restaurants. The chairs and umbrella on the beach each morning was an almost priceless luxury!! The condo is an end unit which made sitting on the balcony enjoyable. The condo itself was very clean and well Equipt. The only place for improvement might be TVs…but honestly we spent most of our time on the beach and had n the neighborhood. Thanks for letting us stay!!

Great View!

Location was great. I was a little disappointed that no kitchen spices/salt/pepper was available (used to having rented locations that had this available ). We brought our own bikes, however, we did see some units provide this. That would be a nice touch. Directions need updated to say to take the second stop sign. TV was difficult to operate for local service (March Madness was on). Overall this is a nice place and quiet.
