Das Anwesen am Golf wird nicht viel magischer und romantischer als dieses! Diese Eigentumswohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der 3. Etage und verfügt über elegante Details wie Granitoberflächen, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und ein Kingsize-Bett. Mit der kühlen Farbpalette gelangen Sie direkt auf den privaten Balkon mit Blick auf das funkelnde Smaragdwasser des Golfs. Immerhin ist es am Golf, gehen Sie also raus, um ein bisschen Spaß in der Sonne zu haben, Sand zwischen die Zehen zu bekommen und zu genießen, was Strandleben ausmacht!

This was a fine property on the beach in an area where that is premium. The furnishings were dated. Kitchen was well stocked with utencils/etc. The ac was good. View was wonderful. Private beach is a great plus.Bathroom was adequete and the laundry unit was nice. The door locks were very difficult to work.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo looked like it had a quick clean up so it wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be. The furniture on the patio was dirty.The floors were sticky and the bed was very uncomfortable. The front door was difficult to operate and the fob didn’t work for the ocean gate. Unit was clean and well stocked. The WiFi was unstable (could not watch a movie). The Roku tv was locked down and you couldn’t use apps like YouTube TV. Front door was hard to lock and unlock. Overall it was fine.

Perfect location and beautiful view. The condo was clean but very tired. It is time for a make over. Could use a paint job and update. Kitchen cabinet doors falling off with broken hinges and a few cabinet doors painted a different color. Kitchen ware is random and could all be replaced. Furniture is dated and could stand to be updated. Bed was comfortable. Management company was responsive and fine. I wouldn’t stay again. I would pick one of the other units in this building by seaside beachfront condos.com. Over all great location just not this unit.

Beautiful view and perfect location for us. Unobstructed view of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. We watched the wildlife and enjoyed opportunities to go to and from our condo/beach. Perfect for 2 ppl. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen service also good for 2ppl. No table. You eat at the breakfast bar. Would go back if just us two, not more. Very nicely kept and perfect for a quick deep dive into beach beauty coming from busy city life. Thank you.

Our stay was great. The property is off the main road and away from the chaos. Love the ocean views and great private beach area. The kitchen could use some additional cooking supplies, such as additional cups, plates, and a bread knife, but otherwise such a lovely experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo many times and we love it! From the location to the views it’s hard to beat! Only minor complaint would be the WiFi situation and the lack of being able to watch local tv channels. The WiFi seemed to work better when we were on the beach as opposed to the condo. Minor complaints for sure and it would not prevent us from booking again.

We really enjoyed our unit right on the gulf. It was decorated beautifully and furnished very well with everything we needed.

Property was very poorly supplied. No drinking glasses, few coffee cups, sparse utensil selection. Furniture in poor condition. Needs a refresh.
