Wir freuen uns, Ihnen unsere zwei Schlafzimmer, die Endeinheit, die Golffront-Eigentumswohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko vom Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer aus anbieten zu können, und einen spektakulären Blick auf die Boote, die die Intracoastal Waterway von den Schlafzimmern aus befahren.

Unsere Wohnung zeigt große Stolz des Besitzes. Die Wohnung wurde von oben nach unten professionell lackiert. Die Waschtische in den Bädern sind neu, ebenso wie die eigene Badewanne mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Die neue Küche mit glänzenden Granit ist voll ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr ausgestattet zusammen mit einem neuen Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Darüber hinaus haben wir Porzellan Fliesenboden in den Hauptbereichen "neuen 18'X18. Die Schlafzimmer-Möbel in den beiden Schlafzimmern ist mit allen Matratzen aktualisiert. Wir haben ein Kingsize-Bett in der Master-und zwei Doppelzimmer im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Der Speisesaal Möbel gibt ein tropisches Flair mit einem Delphin Podest. Alle Gartenmöbeln ist neu in einer sanften Meeresblau.

Bitte machen Sie sich zu Hause. Wir bieten Nutzung unserer Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm und unsere Kühler für die faulen Tage am Strand entspannen.

Unser Gebäude ist gut ausgestattet mit einem großen beheizten Pool, Shuffleboard-Plätze, Tiki-Bar, einem Barbecue-Grill-Bereich und Beachvolleyball gehalten. Haben sie alle oder wählen Sie sich zurück und entspannen zu treten.

Beach Vacation

Water views from every window. Owners have everything you could possibly need..just unpack your bags and hit the beach. We even had access to their beach chairs and umbrella. Great restaurants all within walking distance. We will make this our annual beach vacation spot!

The weather was Soso but we really enjoyed the stay, and only thing was I don’t recall when I originally read the description and booked that it said anything about we couldn’t use the balcony that was a little bummer but it didn’t keep us from enjoying the stay.

Review

We enjoyed our stay. It was great being able to walk straight to the beach from the property. The beach was very clean. Our unit had chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The chairs were very nice. The only downsides we had were: the water pressure in the master bathroom was very weak, the shower curtain in the second bathroom was to long and kept touching you, and lastly, there were no convenient outlets next to bed to charge your phone while you were sleeping. Otherwise the stay was great.

It was a nice property that met our needs. We liked having access to the umbrella, beach chairs and cooler to use on the beach. Owner and management responded immediately. Conveniently located to restaurants and very walkable. We were slightly disappointed with the limited view of the beach, blocked by a condo next door which is not visible in the ad. Obviously, it's an older photo of the property.

Great location

Had a few plumbing issues on day 1-owner and management were very responsive. Unit is pretty nice. Cleaning before our arrival left a little to be desired. Owner may want to look to a new cleaning service. We were surprised to find no trash bags or extra paper products… maybe this was disclosed, but we missed it. Never had a VRBO without trash bags and toliet paper provided. All and all a fine place and great location.

Beautiful beach.

It had a great view with everything that we needed. The condo itself is very outdated which is okay but the condo furnishings, paint, etc do not match the million dollar view. The elevator was broken the entire time we were there. Fortunately it did not affect us but this was definitely a senior community it was very sad to see people with walkers trying to make the stairs. The area is gorgeous, the condo had plenty of necessities and the view is amazing.

Above our expectations

This has to be hands down the best vacation we have ever had. The condo was very nice. Having a fully stocked kitchen was so nice. Also having beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys provided for use was such a great perk. The lamps on the night stands in the master bedroom were pretty neat having the charging port built in them so that we could charge our phones alongside the bed while we slept. The condo had a very welcoming feel to it and we are already talking about trying to book it again for next October. The beach was clean, not crowded, and the water was so clear. We had made so many friends that were guest of the condominium also. I can’t even think of one negative thing about this place or anything that could have made it better. It was just an overall an excellent vacation.

Good place, good vacations...

We stayed one week in this condo and we would have appreciated to spend a week more.... Everything was as mentionned in that cosy place. The condo was perfectly equiped and allowed us to spent a very week. The pool is big enough to really enjoy it. The only point that I would mention concerns Beach Towels and Beach umbrella that were missing. We often rent a condo on the beach in that part of Florida and it was the fist time that we didn't get these two items. We also have experimented some trouble with the elevator taht was in breakdown 2 times during the week. It could have been a problem for people with mobility problems. Except that, Il will recommend that place.

Great location, condo needs some work

Reviewing the property - 3 stars. Living room, kitchen etc all nice. Sleeping and showering, not so great. Beds weren't very good at all - less bed and more hard concave surface. In fact we had to go get a foam topper in order to sleep and even then it was managing slowly falling into the middle. The shower head in one bathroom didn't work at all, just dripped out. Also the tub was so crooked (like part of it was falling into the floor) it was easy to loose your balance while attempting to get water on your body. I hate to be critical, but this is all true. Hopefully the owner can fix these things, then it would be 5 star.

Review of property

The entrance area by the elevators was dirty. Also there are ash trays there. Always smelled like stale cigarettes. There seemed to be a lot of people by the benches smoking too! Not really what I want or my kids to walk through to get in and out of the building. A big turn off especially when you don't smoke! Maybe the smoking area could be in a better location? Not sure if it was local residents or vacationers. Unfortunately the building only has one elevator for the amount of units in the building. It is very slow too! The unit we stayed in was good. Could use furniture updates and had some staining on the walls. So maybe some freash paint. All in all a nice unit and was clean.

Everything we expected

We JUST got back home from a great vacation at the condo even with unexpected 3 days of torrential rain, flat tires, and parking tickets. The condo is EXACTLY what is shown in the photos and is absolutely delightful. The pool was large but hot (almost too warm as it was heated even on the hottest of days). Showers coming off beach worked well. Bathroom near pool was convenient. Elevator was very SLOW & there is only 1 for entire facilty. There is only 1 parking spot per unit even if there isn't anyone there all week. We were surrounded by empty spots but we were never granted another pass therefor had to pay $2 across the way and one day even got a $30 ticket so be careful where you park. The couch in the living room looked to had been recently updated but it appears tat the previous renters really did some work on it (I have advised the ownerof this). The patio on the deck is nice although during heavy rain and wind the sliding glass door leaked & you couldnt lock the door either. The furniture on the patio is also less than expected only 3 of the 4 chairs are usable and even then I was scared to sit in them. These could use upgrading. On the patio is a large amount of beach items though which was GREAT we didn't have to buy a thing. OVERALL a GREAT week and very blessed to have found a great little condo In a wonderful location .

BROKEN ELEVATOR TOO MANY TIMES!!!

Although it wasn’t the fault of the condo owner. It WAS THE PROPERTY MANAGERS FAULT…the key was not in the location as promised for late checkin. The building ELEVATOR BROKE TWICE!! We were on the “6th” floor. I have a bad hip and knee!! Almost impossible if your handicapped to climb steps. No other way. We landed @ 6:00 pm and finally was able to get into our condo at 10:00 pm!!! This was our family trip and my husband also had to climb 6 flights, bags and all. I will say though…OUR CONDO was VERY WELL EQUIPPED and in communicating with the condo owner she did what she could do. But I feel the management OF the building should of done more but NO ONE is around nor do they answer the phone after 4:30. I THINK THE CONDO OWNERS SHOULD REALLY HAVE A POW WOW WITH THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT TRNDS TO THESE CONDOS. So many families stated they would never return also for same reasons.

Spring Break Trip

We are frequent visitors to the Gulf coast of Florida but this was our first time visiting Indian Shores. We will definitely be back! The condo was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for the stay. We could have used some extra beach towels so we didn’t have to wash them so much but we made it work. The location is close to plenty of restaurants, stores and coffee shops. You are right on the beach and the condo has a beautiful view of both the intercoastal and the Gulf. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!! We look forward to visiting again soon

Perfect for those flying into the area!

This rental made our trip a breeze! If you are flying, this is the rental for you! We didn’t have to pack beach towels, buy chairs or an umbrella, and they also had beach toys/boogie boards/ pool floats we could use! It was so wonderful having all of that available! Room and building were great too, but the extras that we didn’t have to worry about packing or buying made our trip stress free!
