Unsere 2-Zimmer-Golf Front Wohnung ist zu vermieten wöchentlich zur Verfügung, monatlich oder saisonal. Neues hocheffizientes HVAC / AC-System. Kostenloses, aktualisierten WLAN in der gesamten Einheit. Diese komplett modernisierte und modernisierte Einheit verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigen.

Das Wohnzimmer ist wunderschön mit Ledersofas, vielen Sitzbereichen und Licht, allen Komfort von zu Hause eingerichtet. Das Entertainment-Center ist mit einem neuen 55-Zoll-Smart-LED-TV, Kabel-TV, Surround-Sound-System, DVD-Player, DVR und Netflix ausgestattet.

Zwei große Schlafzimmer schlafen 6 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, LED-TV, und das Gästezimmer verfügt über 2 Betten, einen großen Schrank und TV. Die Schlafzimmer haben neue Blätter mit hoher Fadenzahl und neue Bettwäsche in der Einheit. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Deckenventilator.

Die moderne Küche ist komplett mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet und Sie können den Strand von der Küche, dem Esszimmer und dem Wohnzimmer aus sehen. In der Küche gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine von Keurig mit einer traditionellen Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer (für diese Mixgetränke) .....

Der private Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko ermöglicht es Ihnen, atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge über dem Golf von Mexiko zu genießen und sogar Delfine zu beobachten, die täglich schwimmen und spielen. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz und Besucherparkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Unsere Wohnung hat jede Annehmlichkeit, die Sie wollen und den Komfort von zu Hause für Sie, Familie, Freunde, Paare. Treten Sie raus und entspannen Sie am wunderschönen weißen Sandstrand, während Sie die sanfte Golfbrise und das unglaublich warme Wasser genießen.

Der Komplex hat (auf dem Intercostal) Boot rutscht über die Straße, die gemietet werden kann. Ein Fischendock befindet sich ebenfalls auf der anderen Straßenseite. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite können Sie einen Parkplatz an der Rezeption reservieren, mit Ausnahme von Feiertagen und Sommermonaten. Parken ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Damm für $ 2 pro Tag zur Verfügung.

Entspannen Sie am Strand (die Unterkunft hat einen Strandbaldachin und Liegestühle) oder einen beheizten Pool oder genießen Sie eine der vielen lokalen Attraktionen, die die Gegend zu bieten hat. Für Angler gibt es einen Angelsteg am Intracoastal Waterway und Johns Pass und Clearwater Beach sowohl Hochseeangeltouren und eine Vielzahl von Piers bieten. Für die Abenteuerlustigen haben Sie Parasailing, Jetski, Motorboote und Segelflugzeuge. Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios und Sea World sind nur eine 90-minütige Autofahrt entfernt und Busch Gardens ist nur eine 45-minütige Fahrt. Seminole Hard Rock Casino, Lowry Park Zoo, Museen und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Tennis, Golf, Shopping, Sightseeing und gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Wonderful property and host

We absolutely loved the property. The first floor location was convenient. The property elevator was slow and we could take the short walk upstairs and avoid the elevator. The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Plan to stay there again.

Spring break

We had a wonderful week and enjoyed the property. The pool was great and the beach was amazingly close. Property manager was prompt to get back to us and resolved a minor issue fast. We also loved the area, Johns pass was only 10 minutesaway to go shopping. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Condo was excellent. Clean and well appointed. Nelson responded to all questions in minutes! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed, even a canopy for the beach! There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us! I'd love to rent this condo again!

Beautiful location

Beautiful beach condo , with gorgeous views directly to Gulf. Stocked kitchen with plenty of plates/cups etc.. steps away from pool and beach. Didn't use master bathroom shower, but main shower perfect with no water fluctuations and clean. Owner was prompt with responses to our questions. Close to many yummy restaurants, patking spot close and easy to access. Will definitely be back, we're already checking out dates for next year❤

Absolutely amazing

I thought this condo was amazing. The view was to die for. Easy access to st pete, Tampa and Clearwater. Grocery shopping really close. The bed was super comfy . The condo was well equipped and even had some items you would not think about. It was a little noisy but that's because it's a community with a lot of people. I throughly enjoyed my week there and will be back-:)

We had a couple of small difficulties upon check in but they were quickly rectified by Nelson. He was very pro-active and always helped. The kitchen was extremely well equipped . We always had plenty of towels and pool towels. I would recommend renting this property.

Hard to beat!

This condo is in a great location with easy access to John's Pass and other shops & restaurants. The condo itself is very pretty & has a view that is hard to beat! We cooked several times and had everything we needed. Plus the owners have a variety of beach chairs & other beach items, including a nice canopy that would be ideal for a family! The balcony is large, which was fantastic for eating with a view of the water. We only had 2, but there is plenty of room for 4-6, maybe more if some are children. The beach itself is great for children, due to a large shallow area, particularly at high tide. Nelson was very responsive and made our visit worry free! We hope to return next year!

An amazing, beautiful place

My first impression walking through the door lasted until the end of the week: this is an amazing place. Just about everything is new, it is beautifully decorated, with every modern convenience, and is a fabulous location right on the beach. It is clean, it is safe, it is convenient to everything. The owner was easy to work with, and the price was more than reasonable. I could not have asked for more, and indeed did not lack for anything. I'm glad I trusted the previous rave reviews, and cannot emphasize enough how very, very happy and satisfied I was with this home. Grab it while you can, honestly! P.S. Try the fabulous Rock Salt Grill just up the road--meals to die for (although if you plan on cooking all your meals here, that's easily done as well.)

Perfect in every way!

We are not from Florida but our daughter needed surgery in Tampa. We needed a place to stay for the week following. Because our little granddaughter was along, we needed easy access to the beach and the pool. Being one level up meant short elevator waits or few stairs. I wanted the beach views from INSIDE because I'd be there most of the time: Views from the living & dining room, and kitchen. Got that too! We needed two baths, two bedrooms. Stepping into this immaculate, cool, beautiful home was such a thrill! Lovely! Leather sofas, big, well equipped kitchen, large dining area, huge sliding shuttered glass doors (shutters slide across if needed) leading to spacious balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the gulf. And a closet full of beach necessities:canopy, chairs, toys...! The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and cleaning up and a grill is downstairs in the patio area. Nelson even brought a new coffee maker over because the switch wasn't working on our's. I didn't have to ask. Each bedroom has great clothes storage and beautiful linens with extra blankets/throws to cuddle up in while enjoying the large tv. WE watched The Royal Wedding😊 Netflix provided anything we were in the mood for while munching popcorn or playing games from the cupboard. One bath has a tub/shower and one a lovely tiled shower with a seat. Both are spacious for after-swim cleanup. Previous guests had taken towels so he replaced all of those with new ones as well without our asking. We ate in most of the time but did go out for seafood at Lulus once. Missed our usual trip to Dave's but next time! Surgery and Post-surgery trips to Tampa were so convenient. Access to Safeway for groceries and Walgreens for meds was five minutes. Sadly, I got double pneumonia while there but there are several clinics within minutes as well. In summary, if we had to be in Florida for surgery, this was the PERFECT place to be! Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Alvarez for sharing your beautiful home with us! Hopefully, others will enjoy as perfect a week as we did. Note: Trash that kitchen trash can😉 An under-the-sink-freestanding would be oh so much better! 👏

Excellent Stay

The building was under construction due to last year's hurricane. The owner let us know when we made our reservation that the building was under construction. It was a bummer that the pool was still under construction. The condo was very nice. It was well equipped with everything you need including beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and even fishing poles. The owner of this unit is very friendly and was always available for any questions or concerns that we had. It was nice that we didn't have to go through the building management with any opportunities.
