Whitmore Bay is a lakefront retreat on Whitmore Lake, just 20 minutes from Ann Arbor, MI. The property sleeps 10 and includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Amenities feature a private 30 ft. dock, available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. With easy access to major cities like Detroit and Lansing, it offers a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience for a family vacation or a peaceful getaway.

Beach/Swimming: Not a traditional sandy beach but swimming from property off of dock. The immediate area by the sea wall can be unappealing to some. We recommend swimming shoes!

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: No

Fire-pit: Not a traditional firepit. It is a propane fire table.

Fishing: Bass, Bluegill, Sunfish, Pike can all be caught on Whitmore Lake

Fishing License: A license is required in order to fish in Michigan.

Seniors: Welcome! 2 steps in and a bedroom located on lower level. Be aware that there is a decent incline down the driveway from the parking area. There are no steps from the parking area to the sidewalk.
