It's going to be amazing, from the early morning water skiers to the mid afternoon sounds of laughter of kids tubing, the evening fishing tournaments and enjoy a bonfire at night. (Wood Included). This home has a unique large fenced in yard, pets welcome, so don't forget the dog!

The back deck has a fully equipped propane grill and outdoor furniture, plenty of seating at the table to watch the boating activity on the water. Your very own dock is perfect for swimming, fishing and of course boating! There is a public boat launch to bring your own boat.
Don't forget to try lake life in the winter months!! Have fun ice-skating, cross-country skiing and of course ice fishing.
Close by is Kensington Metro Park, open year-round for outdoor activities and Mt. Brighton (Vail Ski Resort) just 5 minutes away.
