We are happy to know that you found the place spacious, private, clean, and with the comforts of home. Regarding washer and dryer – we take this opportunity to re-iterate that there IS (shared) washer and dryer available “onsite”, not in suite. However, we have always (and) will still continue to encourage all guests to call us/text us/or come knock us up (if they have any questions or concerns during their stay. Hi Flynn, we’re sorry to hear that communication, location, and listing accuracy did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to clarify the following:– We maintained positive communication throughout your stay and responded promptly to all messages and requests during your visit.– The property's location is clearly stated in the listing, and a map is also included to help guests plan accordingly.– Our listing accurately describes the space as a studio with a two-person occupancy limit and details all amenities. We encourage guests to review the full listing to ensure it meets their needs before booking. The homeowner takes great care to set clear expectations for guests, and we're confident that future travelers will find the property exactly as described.
