Located in the CBD at Banyan Place, this recently refurbished, one bedroom apartment has its own private entrance on ground level, with stairs leading up to the open plan area, bedroom and bathroom/laundry.

For those who enjoying dining out, there are plenty of options at your doorstep, and for those wanting to eat in, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for your next cooking endeavour. The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, rice maker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, wine glasses, cutlery and crockery.

The dining area features a round dining table with four chairs and the lounge has a smart TV, couch and day bed (which can be used to sleep 1 extra adult or 2 children). Complimentary WIFI is also included in your stay.

The large bathroom/laundry has a washing machine and dryer, along with shower, toilet, basin and spa bath for guests to enjoy.

The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, TV, bedside tables and lights, and clothes storage.

Banyan Retreat has two balconies. The east facing balcony with weber BBQ gets the morning sun, while the west facing balcony, with table and chairs, gets the afternoon sun.

There is free parking on the street (please check the signs) and a designated car space for one car at the back of the apartment.

The open plan has reverse cycle air conditioning which is sufficient to heat and cool the whole apartment.
