Everything was great and just as described. Very clean and just what we needed for our stay. Close to Parris Island so we didn’t have to drive far to see our Marine and it was pet friendly which is super important for us. Great communication from our host and everything we needed was included. Definitely recommend for families here for their Marine graduation!

Everything was terrific except the air conditioner. We could not get it regulated to stay cool in the house. Everything else was perfect!

Cozy House in Port Royal

We really enjoyed our stay in Port Royal. The house had everything we needed and then some. The fenced backyard was especially nice for my dog to run around in. It sat in a quiet neighborhood that was close to the beach, shopping, sightseeing and dining. The owners were even kind enough to leave a pass to the State Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed the cute, vacation cottage in Port Royal, SC. The house was immaculate inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our family will definitely visit again.

This is our second year staying. We decided to return because we were able to bring our girls and the home is comfortable and cozy. Customer service is quick to respond if there are any issues. Air conditioning works really well, there’s a dog park around the corner, no loud neighbors. We will be back.

Great place

Perfect location for everything I neeeded. The house was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary items for a long stay. I had only one issue with the backyard light and maintenance was quick to respond and stop by to fix it. Super easy in and out.

Arrived on Wed left on Thursday walked in and very musky smell. Bed was uncomfortable as I am 6’3 250 can’t sleep in queen bed. No tv service you have to use your phone for whatever you want to watch (premium) so I missed NBA playoffs.The house is in a neighborhood where no one keeps up yards was gonna sit out but the views were lackluster. Again I’m not saying this property doesn’t work it just did not work for me. Again arrived Wednesday and left after one night of a 4 night stay.

Great getaway home-- highly recommended!

We had a great stay here, close to Beaufort and with easy access to water, restaurants and other downtown attractions. Also, home is immaculate inside, with new kitchen appliances, other amenities & beds are very comfortable. Looks just like the pictures inside. We highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in the Beaufort area. Also, Barry was an outstanding host, always available/responsive to our questions or needs.

Great stay

We had a great time in Port Royal. The neighborhood cat was a favorite for my two little boys. The space was clean and had most everything we needed. It would be nice to have a mixing bowl but otherwise the kitchen had what we needed. The house is convenient to everything you might want to see. Very enjoyable

Nice cottage! Could use an ice maker. But overall very pleasant. Sorry we had to cut our trip short due to emergency reasons.

Exploring the Beaufort SC area

Nice location for our stay in Beaufort. Nice cottage on outskirts of the historic area. Kutchen was supplied with everything we need (except a can opener). For computers challenged folks the televisions need instructions. A friendly cat came to say hello every morning.

Everything was there as advertised, though we had to buy a clothes iron, which we left. We bought a Brita water filter refillable water dispenser, which we left. We bought a folding tray table to use as a bedside table, because there wasn’t one, which we left. The description indicated there was a grill, which wasn’t there. We called the management company and a brand new Weber grill was delivered with new grilling tools and a bag of charcoal. They were very responsive. We bought a charcoal starter chimney and fire starters, which we left. Our last two days of our stay after the last set of guests left, thankfully, the toilet clogged. Again the management company was very responsive. It took 3-1/2 hours to get it working the first day. The following night when it happened, a Friday, they had it cleared within minutes.The closeness to the Spanish Moss Trail and just north of Old Port Royal was a real positive. Other than the few issues noted above, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Be aware the neighbor’s yards on either side are a bit junky if that could be an issue.
