Best place to stay

Beautiful house and pool , quiet neighborhood yet minutes to all your needs. Close to airport. Property Manager is outstanding person. Highly recommend this property. I’m definitely coming back next year. 10 out of 10 rating.

Our week getaway

The house was beautiful. The owner and rental company were very attentive and always available. Very quick to respond to any needs we had. Only draw back was we planned on haning by the pool all week and swimming and the water was never above 70 due to only solar heating. Very cold. Found out pool was onlhsolar

Thank you for your stay well unfortunately we can’t control the cold weather that Florida has been having the last few years but prime time with the solar is always between 12-4 but good news for we are planing to install a controlled heater later this year by December so we can have more control due to the increased climate changes in Florida as it’s been cold for the last t several years between Nov -April but extreme heart may-sept. So we will have it installed for next season but grateful it’s finally heated up here in PC and we have had our first heat wave so hopefully next time you will be able to fully enjoy the pool if you come back in the summer or next year

Me and my husband stayed February through March 3. We were given instructions on how to get in and numbers in case we need anything. I did have family come for a week and stayed with us. The home was furnished with everything we needed. I was very very disappointed that the pool was not heated other than solar. We were not able to enjoy the pool!! we were told they are putting in the heater for the pool for next year. We did have to contact the property manager, and he was very helpful and responded quickly to our need with the problem with the TV.. The neighborhood and area is good . We met many friendly people during our walks. There are parks nearby and trails to walk on.I would recommend this to family and friends, knowing there will be a heated pole next year.

Thank you Sherri for staying with us and yes we wish the weather in Florida was better during your stay to get a bit more time in the pool but yes we plan to get the heater in December but best time where the pool is super hot is may-august with the solar but I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope to have you again in the future and glad you were able to take advantage of the neighborhood and keeping the property well kept during your stay and you are welcome back anytime
