I have stayed at two of their resorts over the past 20 plus years and have been very satisfied with both locations. I am definitely planning on returning in 2027!!

Great condo on the beach

This updated clean condo was right on the beach. We saw quite a few dolphins right from our balcony. It was clean and close to a lot of dining locations.

Our stay was great. Just wish our unit had more cooking pots, and or crockpot. Some mights just wanted to enjoy family cooking and leisure and not order out

Mini beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ll start with the good, it was all pretty clean, very spacious, and accommodating. There were lots of extra blankets, towels and pillows. There was also some boogie boards and Floaties to use. However, although I think, and hope the sheets were all clean, the comforters were not, and that made me second-guess if the extra blankets had been washed after each renter. There was also no kitchen sponge, and the microwave stopped working for 1 evening, but was back up the next morning. Besides the comforter and blanket incident, the condo was very nice and accommodating!

Great place on the beach

Upon arrival, at 3pm, our unit wasn’t quite ready yet. After a quick trip for snacks, we finally had the code email for check in. The first day the tv was not working properly. After submitting a fix it form and a visit from maintenance it was determined that a new tv was necessary and promptly delivered. The location could not be beat. Right on the beach and across the street from many delicious restaurants! Publix is just over the bridge and it made grocery shopping a breeze. The only thing that was a little disappointing was no beach toys, chairs, towels. This was the first place I’ve stayed at here that had nothing for the beach:( The unit did have an air fryer though and that was a nice touch.

Look elsewhere!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had trouble with communicate, we emailed several times never got response. We finally got a call back an hour out to tell us that the property was ready to go in. It was a nice three bedroom two bath. Master bed sheets or scratchy and rough like sandpaper I would recommend using fabric softener are buying a better quality sheet some of the dishes were still dirty. I'm pretty sure they don't wash down the couch or loveseat they're kind of sticky and gross. The elevator broke almost everyday. The pool was lovely it was nice and cool it was refreshing After hot days on the beach. The walls to the condo where paper thin you could hear everything especially when the people upstairs were moving around. Beware there is only one parking spot for 402 other three bedrooms have two.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good unit, clean and well designed. Very good location. Our only complaint is the non-functional thermostat. We reported it early in our stay and a repair man came out, looked at it and said we need a new thermostat and left. There was no followup. With no heat control, it was very uncomfortable on occasion. Other than that I would ask for the same unit next year.
