This condo has a great location. The private elevator is a plus when bringing your luggage and personal items to the unit. The covered parking is a bonus with the hot Florida sun. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This place was an amazing stay for our family!! View and beach access was unbeatable. All three kids were able to share bedroom #2 comfortably. The space was updated and amazing. Highly recommend.

Great location with excellent views of the beach and ocean sunsets. Many restaurants are nearby. Overall, the unit was clean and kitchen had enough plates, knives, etc. Only issue was getting ice/water dispenser to work. That was solved by resetting from the control panel.

Beautiful second-time stay! This was our second time staying at this rental, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The location is second-to-none. The unit was so clean when we checked in, and it had everything we needed!

Perfect spot. We enjoyed our short trip. The rooms were clean, all the kitchen utensils cooking dishes were readily available. Plenty of space for our family of four. Loved having direct access to the beach via private elevator. Plenty of beach towels in the condo as well as new appliances. Only cons were that in the master bathroom the shower valve was installed backwards so the “hot” is actually cold and “cold” is hot (not a big deal after you figure it out), the upstairs neighbors weren’t very courteous with noise levels (no fault to property owner), and a few spots of the flooring seem to be failing/breaking leading to some scraped toes while walking through condo without shoes, and the middle shower gets quite steamy leading to the smoke detectors getting set off when the bathroom door opens. We made the absolute best out of the weather and got two great days on the beach and two great days watching the rain from the balcony. We loved our stay and already are talking about staying again next year for a whole week. Thank you for sharing your space!

I would definitely stay here again. The condo was perfect with great beach access. We had a minor problem and they took care of it immediately. Very clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Beach view was lovely & unit was very clean. Kitchen utensils were skimpy & hot water was intermittent. We appreciated the beach towels. The elevator floor has a large impression under the rug that is a fall hazard. All in all, we enjoyed our visit except for the toddler running upstairs for hours, which was out of everyone’s control.

glad you enjoyed the condo and the view. we provide all of the basic necessary kitchen utensils, sorry there werent enough for you. the hot water tank was just replaced in this condo a few weeks ago, we havent had any issues reported, but had you let us know, we gladly would have come and taken a look for you. unfortunately, we can't help what we don't know about. hot water worked fine for us at your checkout today. good luck with your future rentals and thanks for leaving the condo in great shape!

Property was overall great. Amazing view. Comfy couches and nice kitchen. Of note, the secondary bedroom kind of lacked a closet. Had sleeping for 4 but only room for 2 peoples’ clothing as the dresser was in the closet and the other closet door housed the hvac. Since we were a group of 5 grown women, this was a bummer as we couldn’t all unpack our bags. Other than that, a fabulous place. Thank you.
