We also wish these additional concerns had been brought to our attention during the stay. The only request we received was for additional towels, and no maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns were reported during the seven-night reservation. Had we been made aware, our team would have welcomed the opportunity to inspect the issues and provide assistance while the stay was still underway.
