Located within walking distance to downtown, this exclusive property blends rustic charm with upscale amenities, offering an unmatched lakefront experience for discerning travelers.

This spacious two-story home features six well-appointed bedrooms and two full baths, designed to comfortably accommodate larger groups without compromising privacy or style. The upper level includes four serene bedrooms, a full bath, a cozy lounge area, and a charming side porch for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The main level showcases a beautifully updated kitchen, elegant dining space, two additional bedrooms, and a refined living area that opens to an expansive deck with breathtaking views of the lake.

Outdoors, a lush lawn leads to your own private sandy beach and an exceptional waterfront beach house—complete with a refrigerator, dining area, and foosball table. The rooftop lounge of the beach house offers a stunning vantage point for sunsets, stargazing, and fireworks over the lake. The property also includes two kayaks and a canoe for your enjoyment.

A private dock slip is available for your boat, with rentals conveniently located nearby. Great house and Great Location

The house is updated and comfortable, but maintains a charming cabin feel. The lakefront area was perfect and the village and Bolton Landing are close by. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful getaway weekend

My family and I just enjoyed a fabulous weekend in Lake George at this beautiful cabin. The house is wonderful and has lots of space for relaxing and gathering. The kitchen is incredible! A great place to relax with extended family- home was clean and well equipped for our extended family from ages 2-75. Being waterfront was a treat as we were able to fish, swim and dock the boat just one hill away from the deck.

Our Week at Lake George

We had a great week at this beautiful lakeside home! The view from the house and deck was fantastic! The beach on the lake was a real plus for our 4 grandchildren. We were happy that there was a private dock where we kept our rental pontoon for the week. The house was well-supplied and even had a snack basket and toiletries basket. It was convenient to the village of Lake George and other attractions. The hosts were friendly and easy to work with, answering our inquiries promptly. I would certainly recommend this property to others!

An exceptional stay!

We have stayed in quite a few VRBO properties, and some just stand out more than others. This would be that property. It immediately caught my eye in the pictures, but in person it is even better! The cabin is beautifully appointed. It is spacious, yet cozy. And everything you need is provided so you can truly just show up and enjoy your getaway. The Deming’s (owners) go above and beyond down to every little detail to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Between the basket of toiletries, the fixings for s’mores and bottle of wine, they are truly one of a kind hosts. We absolutely cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful home on Lake George!

We stayed here for our family's annual vacation and it was a great experience. We had a large group (8 adults, 5 children between 10 months - 6 yo). There was plenty of space, and they already had a crib, pack n' play, and highchair which was incredibly useful. The waterfront area is also very kid friendly with life jackets, toys in the boat house, and an easy access beach that made swimming much more accessible. The hill is a bit steep to get down to the water which may pose a challenge if there are any mobility issues--but on the whole was a great spot for us to fish, dock our boat, canoe, and swim. There is conveniently a fridge in the boat house too. The main house downstairs is beautiful and looks newly renovated--kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and an adorable welcome basket so we could make s'mores over the fire pit. The host was incredibly responsive when the AC was out upstairs and had it fixed the next day--we happened to be there during a heat wave so this was much appreciated! On the whole, was a great experience and would definitely recommend this listing. We'd be happy to stay there again if we're in the area!

Beautiful home on the lake.

Pros:This home is absolutely beautiful. Fit all 11 of us ranging from ages 15-82 with plenty of space. It’s very clean, well maintained, and stocked with games/puzzles. The kitchen has everything you need plus a toaster, blender, and even a crockpot! The property owners are readily available to answer any questions you may have. The neighbors are really nice, and the home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The boathouse/rooftop area is really a great bonus with views of the lake. The ducks are super friendly always wanting to hang out with us. Another perk of this property is that it is located close to the village where the kids enjoyed spending time exploring there. Cons:The biggest issue that we had about this home is that it is not noted how incredibly steep and long the hill is to get from the house to the beach/boathouse. If you have anyone traveling with you that has mobility issues be cognizant of the hike you need to take up/down the hill. The dock that we were told to use needs a little TLC. The first post needs to be secured better as it’s very loose. The boat gets rocked pretty good due to the waves. The padding that’s there is disintegrated and doesn’t serve a purpose. Unfortunately the fireworks are hard to see due to the trees blocking the view.
