Just a 20 minute boat ride from Brooklyn and you'll find yourself at Bradley's.

Bradley's sits high on the Point of Milsons Passage overlooking the exquisite Hawkesbury River, and directly over to Bar Point.

Just sit back on the verandah with a nice glass of wine and watch the world go by whilst the steak & prawns simmer on the BBQ.

Bradley's is a place to sit and relax.

Why not bring your own boat. If you don't own a boat, hire boats are available locally.

Bradley's is a 3 bedroom house with 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed. It has an open plan lounge and dining area with a great indoor fire for those chilly days and ceiling fans for the warmer days. It has 1 bathroom and a fully kitchen.

Relax on the front verandah or in front of the fire pit out the front. Up the back of Bradley's is a lovely flat area to enjoy with more spectacular river views.

When you book Bradley's you book the whole property.

Access to Bradley's is by boat ONLY. There are no roads to Milsons Passage.

Hosts will be available over the phone during guest stay if needed.

Key pad pin will be given to guests on day of check in to access the property.

Milsons Passage is a tiny community with a mix of permanent residents and holiday guests.
Please respect the neighbours and keep noise down at night as noise travels.
Bradley's is not a party house.
Unfortunately as the wharf is shared, there is to be no fishing off it.

Bradley's is a waterfront house, there are no roads to take you to Milsons Passage. Boat access only.
Bradley's is approx. 1 hour drive from Sydney and a 20 minute boat ride.
There is a water taxi to help get you around, as much notice as possible is preferred when you book them.

Bradley's on Milsons Passage is a BOAT ACCESS ONLY property. Bring your own boat, hire one or get the water taxi to drop you off. Bradley's has a shared wharf and can moor up to a 6m boat.

There are no shops on Milsons Passage, guests need to take all supplies with them. The closest shops to Bradleys are a 15 minute boat ride, either to Brooklyn or Spencer.

The Anchor @ Spencer offers pizza delivery on a Friday and Saturday night and will deliver other things to the property for you (small fee applies), such as milk, bread, alcohol.
Bradley's is not a party house, please respect the neighbours and reduce noise after 9pm.
Guests are required to take all their rubbish with them on check out as there is no garbage service on the river.
