It was recently renovated so in very good condition and the furnishings were great. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was great. My only negative would be the lack of air conditioning (which we knew)- it was unseasonably hot so it was hard to cool down the unit with the windows open.

Great communication and help

We had to extend our stay by one day because the pass was closed. The host was quick to respond with options and helped me through the whole process. This was a lovely unit that was close to everything but still quiet at night. I'll definitely stay again.

Awesome Ski-in/Ski-out Condo with Friends

My friends and I rented this condo and were extremely satisfied with the numerous choices Steamboat has to offer. The condo had ample space for the nine of us, the communal hot tub was uncrowded and extremely large, and the ski-in/ski-out aspect was fantastic. The iTrip team was extremely accommodating via text to store our luggage when we arrived early, late checkout arrangements, and provided us with transportation to/from a restaurant in downtown Steamboat with only a few hours notice. The condo location being walking distance to the T-Bar for Apre Ski was great to meet up with our group after a long day on the slopes. Amazing condo, would love to stay again!

Beautiful Property/Robot Management Co

The property is beautiful. Great view, clean and logistically easy access to ski slope. For skiing: You can ski in to back door of condo building. To get to slope you still go out back door of condo but you go down stairs, across street, more stairs and you’re at slope it’s not bad at all.The condo itself has all the amenities you’d need. Beds were comfortable and condo is well stocked with towels, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.Our challenge was the management company. They were a few big issues and they w

Great location, but not well maintained or cleaned and no parking.

The location of the property is great, but the unit is not well maintained and was very, very dirty. My wife and I had to pick up moldy food that under one of the beds that easily would have been seen if someone actually cleaned the property. I also believe it is dishonest to not tell anyone renting a large, three-bedroom unit that there is only one parking place. Clearly, anyone renting that large of a unit will have more than one car. We had to spend several hundred dollars to park our second car. I plan to post a review online to let people know to not be misled.

Hi Mack I'm sorry about any cleaning issues, we do clean between each guests and apologize if anything was missed. Something deep under a bed we try and check for but hope you can see this was a far out of the way spot, and would of been happy to send someone over to address it if you had let us know during your stay. We do list only one parking spot in the listing, the HOA limits us to one there so we disclose that and would have been happy to answer any questions at booking
