Beautifully updated and decorated throughout, this three bedroom, two bathroom condo is located in the Timberline Lodge building at Trappuer's Crossing, and makes the perfect Steamboat vacation rental.

You are only two blocks from the gondola/base area, can walk to skiing, restaurants, pubs and shopping but also have the convenience of their free shuttle service to the mountain, town, restaurants and pubs in the winter. The property is right across from the free bus route that runs all year long to all of those destinations.

Timberline Lodge 2106 is very spacious and will comfortably sleep seven (with two people on the full sized bottom bunk bed). It features a fantastic stone fireplace, gorgeous quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning (all rooms except the bunk room), alluring artwork and numerous other thoughtful touches throughout.

The open living area includes the full kitchen, dining table with six chairs, counter seating (three bar stools), a comfortable leather sofa, club chair, the gas fireplace, flat screen TV and a mini split air conditioner. It also provides access to a covered outdoor patio with a bistro table and four chairs.

The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to stay in and cook a meal.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, dresser, closet and a mini split air conditioner. The attached and updated, private full bathroom, includes a double vanity and tub shower combo.

Bedroom 2 also has a king bed, large flat screen tv, dresser, closet and a mini split air conditioner.

The second bathroom is in the hallway right outside of bedroom 2. It is also updated and has a walk in shower.

The bunk room is off of the living area and closes off with French doors for privacy. It has a twin over full bunk bed, dresser, flat screen tv, a stand up fan and closet.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Timberline Lodge has a private, heated underground parking garage (1 space) and an elevator, which makes bring in your luggage and gear very easy. There is a ski locker steps away from the unit. Covered overflow parking is available in Trappuer's Crossing.

Trappuer's Crossing has all the property amenities you would want on site including 10 hot tubs, 4 swimming pools, a fire pit, fitness center, sauna, three BBQ grills, heated outdoor dining area, outdoor tennis courts (summer only), game room, computer center, conference room, additional covered parking as well a very large common area which offers free coffee.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.



Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.



Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Excellent - would stay again!

This property was perfect for our family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and updated. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and entire place was well stocked with what we needed. The property grounds are beautiful. The pool and hot tubs are close to the unit. We also used a grill in the common outside dining area beside the pool one night, and that was fun. The property is in a great location close to downtown Steamboat, the hot springs, the gondola and activities on the mountain. We didn't want to leave and would 100% stay here again next time we come to Steamboat. The check-in and check-out processes were super easy and the management company was communicative and quick to respond.

Great family condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of five. It was wonderful to be within walking distance of Steamboat base area and Wild Plum market. It’s a beautiful part of town with so many trees, so green in mid-June! The condo itself is one of the nicest/newly renovated we’ve stayed at, in many different properties in town. The kitchen was great to make breakfast, and grill dinner one night so the kids could swim into the evening. Primary bedroom bed was more comfortable than many condos we’ve stayed in.Great communication with property management company when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo one evening.
