Tuart Heights in San Remo

Wow! This impressive home has some amazing inclusions for an extended family group holiday. The 4 bedrooms each have their own ensuite (one disabled friendly), air-conditioning, overhead fans and TV. There is a cot, portacot and highchair, two living areas, study area, outdoor entertaining spaces with views of the park, plenty of games and a digital piano. With the beach a short walk away, a park with a playground opposite and shops nearby, it's a special holiday waiting to happen!

This is just the ticket for a family group (and maybe furry friend) to enjoy a getaway in this fabulous part of the western coast. With the beach just around the corner, tasteful interiors offering plenty of space for everyone, plus a great balcony looking out over the park (with playground) opposite, there’s so much to rave about.

The house is set over two floors. There are living rooms on both that provide ideal spaces for different groups to enjoy. Upstairs is the main open plan living area with a modern, well-equipped kitchen that includes a 900mm oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and integrated microwave. Stools at the island bench ensure sociable cooking and the adjacent dining suite seats 8. There is plenty of room on the comfortable leather sofas and armchairs in front of the smart TV, and a dedicated study area is tucked into the corner should you need to attend to work. WiFi is included.

Full-width floor to ceiling sliding doors open to the terrific balcony, providing plenty of natural light inside. With delightful green views of the park opposite, the alfresco dining setting with electric awning overhead offers a wonderful space to watch the birdlife, relax and unwind, take meals and play family board games.

Upstairs also houses the master bedroom. Beautifully appointed, with a Queen bed, TV, ensuite with bath and shower, it shares access to the balcony and those park views. All bedrooms in this special home have reverse cycle air-conditioning and overhead fans, and all linen is provided. There is an additional powder room upstairs and a laundry for your convenience.

All downstairs bedrooms have their own keyed access to the rooms. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with a disabled friendly ensuite, bedroom 3 has a Queen bed with shower ensuite and bedroom 4 houses a King bed plus a cot, and also has an ensuite. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished, have built-in robes, TVs, A/C and fans, and one has a wall safe.

The second lounge is downstairs, with a kitchenette which includes a bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The TV is set up with games perfect for children to enjoy together. There is an additional port-a-cot and a highchair available.

Parking for up to 5 cars is accessible via the long driveway and there is also street parking (no access to garage).

Truly, we can’t think of anything else you might need. This house ticks all the boxes!

This highly sought after quiet beachside suburb is perfect for a family holiday. The house is 3 blocks back from the beach, just a 500 metre walk, offering a surf club, playground, basketball court and cafe. Tuart Park across the road with its own playground is a major boon if you have children in tow. Quarry Adventure Park is also nearby which will certainly appeal. And there’s more: try a Mandurah Dolphin Cruise, the Pirate Ship, Inflatable World, the hop-on-hop-off tourist train, King Carnival, Amaze Miniature Park or the aquatic centre, all in nearby Mandurah and its surrounds.

Mandurah also offers a wide range of eateries on the waterfront at Dolphin Quay, and along Mandurah Terrace. Meadow Springs shopping centre is more local, just a short drive away, offering plenty of shops, eateries and amenities of its own.

For more outdoor adventures, there are plenty of local golf courses to try out. Explore the local flora and fauna on a walk in Goegrup Lake Nature Reserve, and Marley Reserve with its sculpture, Marley, one of the Giants of Mandurah, is worth a visit. Bring your boat and explore Mandurah Estuary with its wealth of wildlife.
