Pool heat is an additional cost. This pool faces east for beautiful sunrise views from the lanai to start each day. The pool is chlorinated.

The BBQ includes a propane tank, we do not provide refills for propane, guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the local store.
BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.
Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.
