Open spacious living awaits you. Walking into the foyer and you immediately feel the warmth of home. The gourmet kitchen and pocket sliders allow the huge lanai area and outdoors to flow into the house.
The colors and accents of this home are astounding. The soft reclining couches and electric recliners demand relaxation.
Kick back, enjoy and take it all in.
You will enjoy the entire living space available in this amazing home.
Jack and Jill bedrooms share a common full bath with tiled walk-in shower.
The gourmet kitchen is modern and inviting with bar counter space, stainless appliances, an aquarium window for views to the canals and much more.
The living room and 70” tv are situated so you can enjoy the view to the Zephyr canal. Open the pocket sliders and join the outdoors from the comfort of the couch!
Beyond the king sized master bedroom is its own private soaking tub as well as walk-in shower and huge walk-in closet.
Outside the 4th bedroom is another full bath with walk-in shower.

Gorgeous home in quiet neighborhood

I'm so glad we found this home! It is gorgeous with every amenity we needed and then some. The pool area is amazing and overlooks a beautiful canal. The owner was wonderful to work with and made sure we were completely happy. Will definitely try and stay there again if we visit the area.

Amazing House!!!

What an amazing house! This place was so beautiful that it was hard to leave! It is very big and spacious and we loved the layout and the beautiful windows. You could see the pool and waterfront from every room in the house. The outdoor space was AMAZING and we spent hours in the pool and hot tub. The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We took a few trips to the beach and the rest of the time just enjoyed family time at the house. The owners were terrific and very responsive to any questions or needs. Thank you!

Great trip

The house was beautifully decorated. Very calming with plenty of room. The kitchen is very well stocked, as are the bathrooms and the outside area with beach equipment. The pool/ hot tub area is very inviting. We were disappointed the pool wasn’t heated, so we couldn’t use it. We have been staying in gulf cove for years and have never been without a heated pool. The owner is great to communicate with. He had been trying to get the people out to hook it up. Darn COVID. We completely understood it was not his fault, but we’re still disappointed. If you are looking to be close to Boca Grande, Englewood beach, or Stumps pass… this house will not disappoint.

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well cared for home! Quiet location and amazing indoor/outdoor living with a gorgeous pool and lanai. There was plenty of room for 4 generations of age groups, with space to gather, but still have privacy. Wayne was so prompt to reply to any questions both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Family vacation

Great entertainment home. Very easy to communicate with owner. Only drawbacks were the pool was not heated, so we could not use it, ever. The thermostat was set to high, and could not really be adjusted. And the front door lock was very difficult. Only one phone, out of 8 worked with the lock app. The layout of the home is beautiful. Very quiet, safe area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Peaceful and comfortable!

The property and house was beautiful and neighborhood very quiet - perfect for relaxing and sleeping! The layout of the house was open with huge, multiple sliding glass doors. I especially loved the aquarium window overlooking back patio and canal. Unfortunately, we weren't able to swim in the pool since it did not have a heater (early April). On the other hand, the hot tub was great once the temperature was increased slightly. The AC is temperature controlled but the hosts were able to make an adjustment for us. Overall, we had a wonderful time! Wayne and Pam were always available to respond to questions or concerns.

House was great!

Very nice house with a ton of room to spread out or get together. Very clean, and it has everything one would expect for linens, kitchen items, etc. The sliding doors that open up to the lenai/pool/hot tub were really cool especially with the comfortable weather we had. Pool was a bit cold but it is solar powered, so understandable. Internet was excellent and there were multiple big, smartTVs. Easy drive to the beach and restaurants. Owners were helpful and very responsive to questions we had. The pricing we had was for 6 and there was some confusion about a 7th joining us for a couple nights so verify pricing if you will have more than 6 but we got it worked out.

We find this property to be an Oasis among other Locations. We are situated in a very nice neighborhood with great neighbors. We have outstanding views throughout the house of two canals including the intersection of the Zephyr Canal. We have a boat dock and a double lot which provides plenty of open space and privacy. The grounds are professionally landscaped and groomed on a regular basis. The pool and hot tub are attended to weekly and always maintained.
Inside we have 5 smart TVs including a 70” and 2 55” tvs. We supply gigabit WiFi so each of the guests can access and stream data at one time without interference. We have a gourmet kitchen with everything you will need to make those special family meals if so desired. (We don’t supply the food - sorry). The living room includes 2 leather power recliners with USB ports built in. The sofa also has two power recliners with USB ports for charging your phone while watching tv.
The bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses in all rooms except for a pillow top mattress in one of the queen bedrooms in case someone didn’t like memory foam.
Some features of the house are run off Alexa, including digital lighting in some of the rooms.
We love our home and know you will love it as well!

WE have priced our home to accommodate families without breaking the bank. We are not the highest in the area like some, but we do appreciate that the people renting our home will respect the property and the rules. We look to make relationships with our guests and have them come back year after year.
