Summary:
"Bellamy's Retreat" oceanfront with private walkover, awesome beach bar and dual outdoor showers!  Spend your days in the sand and surf taking advantage of the sunshine while you swim, fish, shell, and build sand castles. Once you've exhausted your surf side's fun, come back home to prepare your favorite dishes utilizing the spacious open kitchen and BBQ grill!  Chill on the multiple decks with your beverage of choice while the sun sets and the stars come out over the sparkling Gulf water from the multi-level HUGE decks.

The Space:
SLEEPING/BATH ARRANGEMENT: (sleeps up to 9)
All 3 bedrooms are outfitted with luxurious bedding, as well as, bathrooms with luxury hotel grade towels.
~ Primary bedroom on the upper level and has a King bed and deck access/amazing views (sleeps 2)
~ 2nd bedroom is also on the upper level and has a Queen bed and deck access/stunning sunrises (sleeps 2)
~ Full bath on the upper level in between the bedrooms
~ 3rd bedroom is on the main level with triple bunk bed, Twin over Twin over Queen (sleeps up to 4)
~ Living area has Twin daybed (sleeps 1)
~ Full bath on main level

Indoor amenities: central AC and heat, all major appliances including washer and dryer, ceiling fans, WIFI/Internet, water treatment whole house and RO DRINKING WATER system.

Outdoor amenities: 2 outdoor showers, bar area, covered and uncovered extensive decking, AMAZING views, private walkover to beach

Guest Access:
EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.

The Neighborhood:
No touristy chain restaurants, shops or hotels. Just chillin' beach bar and grills, food (and beverage) trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), burger joints (like Pier 30 and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill) and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Red Snapper) line the water. Surfside is your simple relaxing sandy beach, water sporting, surfing, fishing and crabbing vacation destination.

This property is 979 Certified. All photos, amenities, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate to the best of our knowledge. We ensure our homes are fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay guaranteeing your stay is nothing short of spectacular. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels. When you rent a 979 VPS home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and we make every effort to delight.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee ($125 for 1 dog, extra $75 for 2) per stay.

WIFI/TV SERVICE:
Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!

979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 Vacation Property Services rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance of check-in. Please send inquiry and details if your stay is more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.

After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.

Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.

Had a nice outing with family. The location was fabulous, & the deck with the wooden walkover to the beach was the best. The house was adequately supplied, very cute & clean. We had 7 adults in our party, and made the bed situation work, although the bunk room was a little tight for adults. We knew going in what was available, so no mis-representation, the bunkroom was just not ideal for adults. Overall, it was a great way to celebrate a couple of birthdays.

Cute home!!!
We loved this home. Right on the beach with beautiful views. We were disappointed that the area right off the back deck had trash, beer bottles and cans, etc. The trash was sun-bleached so it had been there for a while and really should have been picked up. The water lines had not been flushed ( the tubing to the outside showers was green with algae) and the water pressure was very poor. We called for maintenance and they had someone out that afternoon. The faucets were replaced and the pressure was better for a few hours until the faucet screens clogged up again. After that we just made due with the little pressure that we had. The pressure outside the house was great so we used the outdoor hoses a lot. The outside electrical plugs did not work and the bottom floor patio did not have lighting. In spite of the few maintenance issues that we had, we did love this house and the area it was in. We would love to stay here again.

Great Location
The location is perfect and we had a very good time. The linens were nice and there were box fans to help with the heat. I know it is hard to do upkeep on a beach house and some things are understandable. However, the house needs some TLC which I did tell the property manager about. The sliding glass door to the deck to beach was very hard to open and close the handle was loose and broke the last night. The back garage door looked like it was kicked in. For these reasons I gave as lower score on the accuracy of the listing as the pictures show it in much better condition. But I would book it again hoping the TLC was given.
